The room was updated, clean, and comfortable. The bed and pillows were nice. The location was perfect for us. When it’s all completed it’s going to be a really cool spot for sunsets. Overall worth the money for a one nighter on our way home from the lower keys.

It was clean, and the staff were lovely. However it’s advertised as a beach front resort, there are some rooms away from the main property which are on the water but the main property is on the main road and is basically a motel. Not at all how it appears on the pictures. It was expensive but we thought for the luxurious resort it depicted on the photos that it was ok. We would absolutely not have paid what we did had we known we were staying in a motel at the side of the road.

My husband and I stayed here for a quick weekend getaway and I am so glad we did! The rooms were very clean, the staff were all friendly and helpful and the property is beautiful! We loved that it was a small resort and tucked away from the main road, which made it comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed having breakfast overlooking the Bay and all of the beautiful flowers and trees on the property. We are already looking forward to another getaway here! I highly recommend this place for couples.

The hotel was in the mist of redoing it's landscaping by adding gaint palm trees and some new boat docks, but it didn't interfere with the overall feel of the place. We enjoyed the free paddle boards and pool. Its also located on a beautiful part of the Keys

The entire experience was a disappointment. Expedia advertised this as CASA MORADA but we were given a room at SUNSET INN. The room as on the street, not on the water or even in the property located at the water. The actual property we stayed at was recently purchased by Casa Morada and we were not told this. We tried to get a refund but both Expedia and the property refused to do so. We also didn't have access to the amenities due to construction being done on the property which also was not disclosed to us.

Old and outdated, definitely not worth the money. Closed the curtain and the whole rod fell off the wall. No hot water. No signage indicating where to check in. Check in was actually at another seedy looking run-down motel in front. When we found it others were complaining they had spent an hour trying to find where to check in. When we mentioned any of the issues they just blew it off, didn't even offer an apology. Would not go back.

Our biggest complaint was that there were only six lounge chairs and three umbrellas by the Pool area which overlooked the ocean. Obviously, we had to wait for someone to leave. The Pool deck area was the resorts most attractive amenity and it was not adequately equipped. Unfortunately, we would not recommend or return to this resort.
