Welcome to our “Checkmate”; a brand‑new (built in 2025) luxury retreat near Island Park Reservoir, designed for unforgettable gatherings. This spacious home offers 7 bedrooms, each with either a private or Jack‑and‑Jill bathroom, and 5.5 baths in total, ensuring comfort and convenience for every guest. Inside, expansive open‑concept living areas provide plenty of space for group dinners, game nights, or fireside chats, while a pool table invites friendly competition. For relaxation, guests can unwind in the red‑light sauna or soak under the stars and fresh mountain air in the hot tub. Surrounded by the natural beauty of Island Park and just minutes from water activities, scenic trails, and easy Yellowstone access, Checkmate is an ideal home base for families and friends, offering the perfect balance of luxury, connection, and adventure to create lasting memories for many years to come.
