"We had a great two weeks at Montboyer. The house is well equipped and the grounds are very pleasant, with lots of areas to relax. Beautiful views to the surrounding countryside. We had a lot of fun riding bikes, exercising on the trampoline and swimming. The highlights included long walks and foraging for blackberries, daily trips to buy bread at an amazing bakery down the road (selling organic, sourdough and gluten free bread!), and visits to Cognac, Bordeaux, and many local vineyards."

"We recommend highly this beautiful house. It is well-endowed, the rooms are nice and the outdoor area is huge with lots of space for children to play and a newly built pool. The owners were very friendly and the communication was fast and easy."

"Le Soutenac is a generous and comfortable place to enjoy rural French life. The description of the house was very accurate and there were no hidden surprises! The kitchen is large and well-equipped, there are many places to sit, eat, drink or relax. The boulangerie was shut for the first half of our stay but Neuvic is an easy cycle away (I guess even Mme Boulanger needs a holiday!)"

"Belle gîte honoured its name: within an old farmhouse this gîte was charmingly set and furbished, with access to beautiful terrace under high roof where we relaxed every night and during daytime as well. The pool is in the back garden with view on vineyards and surrounding area. Hosts Simon and Cheryl are wonderful, around and available if needed, warm and positive attitude. Peaceful area full of vineyards."
