「Fun little pods in an immaculate campsite with everything you need for a few days on a remote and unspoilt part of the island. Liked the pods, cosy and well appointed, great pub, shop and bakers/coffee shop beside them so really well appointed. We were there with our kids (9 and 11), bunk beds just big enough. We took a change of clothes in each day and left bags in the car to maximise space, all worked out rather nicely.」

「The indifference of the operator.......we were given an address but house numbers in Tobermoy are erratic thus to give 61 Main Street was hardly why not add 'opposurte the Cafe Fish'? And when we telephoned no one answered. In the flat the first cupboard's handle came off in our hand, the clock did not work for want of a battery and the bathroom light flickered non-stop. Ten minutes work for a caring operator who might also might think to add a (free) map of the island and recommend a...

「We booked at the last minute fir 2 nights as we were delayed sailing to Isle of Barra due to bad weather. Melfort was perfect for us to relax and begin our holiday, the family loved the pool and we had a lovely walk. The cottage was great. Most important the staff were just so helpful, they could not do enough. We are already recommending to friends.」
