Great stay for family of 5

Great unit with a fantastic view. Four bedrooms gave the whole family space to spread out. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking and dinners in. Pool area was great. Closest grocery was a fairly short drive, so pretty accessible.

Great stay in IOP

Very clean property, and the kitchen was especially well equipped. The unit is showing a bit of age but it was nothing that would keep us from returning. It was really nice that each bedroom had its own private bathroom.

Terrific Spring Trip

Condo was perfect for our needs. Easy to find, great pool and close to the beach. Kitchen was well stocked with all of the essentials and the beds were terrifically comfortable. We would stay again a heartbeat. Thanks!

Beautiful Condo, Great Vacation!

This is a beautiful, well-maintained condo. It is updated, comfortable, and perfect for our family vacation! Great views of the beach; pool view, too. The pool was great, it appears the pool furniture is quite new as well. Just a short walk to a great beach! We loved it!

Fabulous!

This was our first time staying here and definitely will not be last! Unit very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Property manager very accommadating with easy check-in. Myself, sister and cousins thoroughly enjoyed our birthday get- away!

402 Summer House

We got real lucky with our 4 bedroom condo reservation with Beachside Vacations at an unknown location, but 402 Summer House, Isle of Palms, SC is a fantastic condo with the best ocean view anywhere! The entire condo complex appears well maintained and very clean with a great view of the ocean from all condo locations. The pool is also very clean and keep neat by staff, who work hard to make you a happy visitor and to enjoy your vacation. Our condo was spacious and 4 bedroom, each with a private bathroom. The appliances all worked well and the property is furnished very upscale throughout. We were impressed and will return!

Small details

Condo was nice and big but there was visible black mold around the air vents , causing some of us to get congestion and sore throats., also our dryer didn’t work !! We were able to use another unit to do lanundry which was helpful .. we had great sunsets, pool was very nice and beach access was also great . We lost out on our 250 credit because it had to be claimed within 24 hrs of checking in so that was a disappointment !!

We had a blast on our trip to Wild Dunes and our rental made our experience even better. Well furnished, comfortable, excellent location just steps from the ocean.

We will be back!

I can't say enough about this perfect condo! So much room and so comfortable! All the comforts of home...the kitchen lacked for nothing! The pictures don't show the beautifully updated master bath...I came home with some new decorating ideas that my husband wasn't too fond of. Great location and view! I would suggest making sure you have enough pharmacy items as the island doesn't have a CVS or Walgreens!! Spent a few days in Charleston which is a short drive...beautiful city! Don't miss The Saltwater Cowboy...so much fun and good southern food. See y'all next year!

2022 Family vacation was excellent (minus Hurricane Ian) in this well equipped & beautiful condo. We had a small issue with the AC unit & it was correct quickly with zero inconvenience.

Wonderful beach vacation

Our family meets in the east every summer for some much needed beach time. (Which is 3 years overdue!!) This is our second time to Wild Dunes and first for this property. LOVED the location and space in this great condo. Every teen had their own space and we were even able to accomodate some additional family. Wild Dunes had great beaches and the proximity of this condo to the beach made this trip exceptional. We were able to make quick trips to the beach and back without issues. Loved the kitchen where I was able to whip up meals in no time to feed the clan. Great space, nice back deck where we could take in the evening light shows (heat lightning over the ocean, incredible sight!) Great stay and so easy.

Awesome Condo

We really enjoyed the condo. It had so much space - 4 bedrooms with their own bathrooms, plus an extra pull out sofa in the Master. The kitchen was nice and big, and we really enjoyed having two eating areas - the dining room and the kitchen. We also took advantage of the balcony, with beautiful views of the beach. Great condo. We'll definitely be back!

IOP thanksgiving.

Great view of the beach. Peaceful setting. The furniture fabric and bedding needs to be freshened up or updated. The couch was a little uncomfortable. Overall the experience was good though!

Fabulous beach condo

The condo has a perfect location to enjoy the beach and yet also close to all Charleston has to offer. The layout was perfect for four friends to have a private bedroom and bath, with spacious living, dining and huge kitchen to share. The condo was exceptionally clean, the kitchen was well stocked, there were ample bath linens and comfy beds. We will definitely stay there again.

The perfect property for four 50+ women

Great vacation property

Beautiful and very well appointed condo with plenty of room. Beautiful sunrise and sunset views. Best well stocked kitchen we have ever stayed in. More than enough sleeping room for our family of 8. Very comfortable beds. Was ready at 4 as promised on a very busy weekend. Plenty of starter supplies. Only thing missing was only 2 hairdryers but we 5 females shared and wasn’t a real issue. Wonderful place!

Great location

Great property easily fit our family of 6 adults and 1 child. Loved sitting in the deck overlooking the ocean with a great breeze. Loved the short walk to the beach or pool. We rented lounge chairs and umbrellas that were set up on the beach every day so we didn’t need to carry much with us to the beach. Our dyer wasn’t working properly but maintenance came and cleaned out the vent and it worked great after that. We also had an issue with our internet and the maintenance man determined the router was bad so he brought us a new router the following day.

Beautiful view and excellent location!

We enjoyed our stay at Summer House 402 so much. 4 bedrooms and each having its own bath was very nice. The property is very clean, a great location, beaches not crowded and a beautiful view! Couldn’t ask for more.
