LOVE THIS PROPERTY

My family and I have been coming to Wild Dunes for over 24 years and have stayed in many beautiful properties within the resort. Have to say, we absolutely loved 16 Links. We have never stayed that far down the island and loved the location. The house is beautiful, the porch was so nice to sit on sipping our morning coffee and was fully stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The golf cart was definitely a plus. Made it so much easier to explore the island. Definately looking forward to staying there again.

Wonderful getaway!

Very clean, well appointed home. Kitchen had everything you need to cook meals. Great place to ride the bikes we rented. Golf cart was very convenient. Beaches were beautiful and great places to eat both in Isle of Palms and in Charleston. Would definitely stay here again!!!!

Our stay at wild dunes

Absolutely loved our vacation at wild dunes! The house was perfect, golf cart ride from the beach, everything was clean and just as advertised. The only thing - we wished we had access to a swimming pool. Overall we rated this peppery 5 stars!

Great Stay

We really enjoyed the rental. It was very clean and exactly as noted online. The golf cart is a great addition. Beds were very comfy with many pillows as I like. There is 1 bath/shower unit, the other bathrooms have showers. It was very difficult to bathe the small children as the glass door only opened from the back and it would not stay completely open. This little villa was super cute and very clean! The only complaint I have is the bed upstairs is not comfortable at all! The golf cart was definitely convenient!

The location wasn’t well explained to relation of the beach. The pictures looked as if the place was bigger and had a back yard. The bathrooms were not as clean as they should have been.

Nice spot in IOP!

This is a beautiful property located in away from the tourist activities. It is very close to the golfing range which is perfect for anyone who likes to golf. The beach access is close by and the golf cart makes it easy to get there. I highly recommend this property if you want a little peace and quiet.

The unit was very clean and well-appointed. Having a golf cart to use was fun! However, I would not rent this unit again. I assumed the view was of the golf course, but it looked out on the dumpsters in the clubhouse lot and the street. Our daughter did not sleep well in the loft. It was very bright with the skylight and she heard every noise from the kitchen and living area. There was no pool to use and the beach was a far walk or drive in the golf cart. We only received one set of towels per person, so we had to wash them every day. Carroll Realty was great to work with, so I would rent from them again, just not this particular unit.

We enjoyed our stay!

All the information on the site is correct! When we had rented in the past, there had been 1 thing or another not quite right. This place was clean, convenient, & a wonderful place to stay for our vacation. Not too far from the beach, grocery store, or golf course. Hope you enjoy your stay! We did!

Great condo!

This place was perfect for a girls getaway weekend! The use of the golf cart was so nice to getting around Wild Dunes & to the beach. The condo had everything we needed which was amazing!

Wonderful location!!

Perfect space for our get away - villa/townhouse was updated, comfy beds, open concept layout made getting dinner ready and still interacting with family possible. Loved the layout of bedrooms as well with master in back separated by living room and other bedrooms in front afforded a little privacy. The kids had tons to do- we rented bikes , rode the golf cart to beach - it was too cold to swim but pools looked amazing! Would definitely come back !!

Great Last Minute Trip!

Clean, well stocked, a little dated but not bad as what we have encountered in the past. Checkin and out was a breeze, the neighbor is a great guy. beach access was pretty close, rent the bikes and a cart, makes it so much easier. beach is nice and calm, perfect for little ones, our teens preferred waves so we drove out of the resort to main road for free parking and beach access. make sure you plan a day for Charleston and visit insomnia cookies!

Very disappointed

We got to our property... which never said it was a duplex in the description. It was under construction. There was a Porta potty and a dumpster in our front yard. The back of the duplex looks, at another dumpster and a restaurant. Every morning we were woken up early by employees getting to work. We called the property managers... they drug the Porta potty out to the street. There was a car parked in the carport....we could never park in there and had to rotate our 2 cars everyday to get the golf cart out. Such a pain. Also the silverware in the drawer had food on them... so we had to run everything through the dishwasher. There was wet clothes in the dryer and clothes/ shoes in the closet. For the money we paid ... this property was not worth it!
