"I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Hotel never responded to my email I sent them through Expedia. Zero communication with hotel regarding my travel. When I arrived for breakfast, the table was dirty and clearly had not been cleaned properly. It made the dining area feel very unhygienic and unpleasant. And the most serious issue happened when the hotel arranged a taxi for me. The driver charged my card multiple times, each time with higher amounts. I believe the driver was not honest about the payment. Because the taxi was arranged by the hotel, I expected them to work with trustworthy drivers. I will be contacting my bank to try to block or dispute the charge from today. Overall, this experience was very frustrating and I would not recommend staying here."
