My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the Erzurumlu Otel. The staff were extremely helpful and assisted us in booking taxis to the shopping centres in Istanbul and the airport. They also provided us with information about the area. The breakfast was amazing, filling and freshly made every day. We enjoyed it a lot! We will definitely stay at this hotel again, in the summer time so that we can swim in the Black Sea and the hotel pool. thank you from Australia

Hotel staf are so friendly and professional . Location and view of ocean was great . Room was super clean . Breakfast was rich and tasty . only problems was hotel doesn't have a elevator .

Staff were bery friendly and helpful; made us feel welcomed. The allocate an area to sot and enjoy the view as long as we want we felt well taken care of. Cleaning up was confusing we didn’t knwo we had to ask in advance but when we did it was well cleaned. Bed sheets were clean and the vew of the hotel is a plus. Specially during the breakfasts. It is a wuiet corner of Istanbul and we found it very relaxing to spend few days in that neighborhood.

The staff is fantastic! The location is excellent, near the beach. Rooms are in very good conditions. Breakfast was great: it included traditional items (fruits, coffee, bread, etc.) plus local food (Burek and others)! Overall, the experience was excellent!

Nos sentimos muy discriminados por ser latinos, nos dieron 3 habitaciones de baja calidad y despues de 3 horas de haber llegado nos entregaron una en piso alto y no hay ascensores. NO DA para 3 estrellas aunque lo hayan arreglado. El problema no estan preparados para iniciar la temporada.

Lovely stay with a fantastic view. This hotel right above the cove in Kumkoy has the perfect balconies to sit, watch the water, and relax or work. Quaint little seaside town. The staff are helpful and polite. The manager in particular helped to arrange transport, and always went the extra mile. The hotel rooms are a bit dated, vintage carpeting, could use some paint etc, but are well kept. A/C worked fine until I left it running and it froze up. Defrosted and worked again after an hour, no issues. Indoor and outdoor dining room areas, indoor with white table cloths and nice place settings, outdoors with the same great views, professional service. Breakfast is good with a variety to choose from. Highly recommend for a relaxing weekend, or like I did, to get out of the city for a few days on a long layover.

This hotel has a remarkable view of the Black Sea, the breakfast is delicious and staff is very helpful. The building needs more renovation than they have already done. The sheets, rooms, dining area are very clean.

We had a room with an absolutely incredible view of the Black Sea. We sat on our balcony for hours. Not much going on but we were visiting out of season and it was quite cold. The hotel is in bad need of an updating as rooms are looking very tired. Although we liked our room it was not cleaned well. We would stay again though as really enjoyed the sea view room

Good price nice hotel
Hotel is close to the beach and close to local little market. Room with balcony overlooking the sea stunning view. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room is a bit dated but it's clean and what I needed good price with breakfast. It's not a party area just a quiet place.

It was a wonderful room overlooking the Black Sea with a covered patio to watch the sun sink into the see about 9 PM. Nice pool, outside restaurant with sea view, lively wait staff, good food. I’d go back.

This is a motel! The back of the door had a hole, the sink had cracks, the bed cover had a hole in it. There is no coffee or tea or fridge. The best thing was the view. Stay only if it’s the last resort.

The poor customer service I experienced in this hotel from the onset ruined my holiday. The taxi driver (taxi number-351) quoted me 600 Turkish Lira from the airport to the hotel, despite me knowing the journey should cost no more than 230 Turkish Lira. My brother who has travelling from a different country paid only 250 Turkish Lira for the same journey in the same evening. I informed the taxi driver if the customer service officer in reception says the journey is 600 Turkish Lira, I will pay 600 if not I will pay the 230 estimate cost the journey planner says it should cost. The customer service officer in reception who was a middle age man who spoke good English said the journey cost 600 after he spoke to the driver in Turkish laughing. Despise me knowing otherwise I paid the driver 600 because the customer service officer lied for the taxi driver, I didn’t know if they work together to rip-off customer but they looked highly suspicious. It rained on our first and second day of our holiday so we couldn’t go out. The hotel decor is outdated with basic breakfast options. The TV Chanel’s are all Turkish and the internet connection is very bad. This hotel is stuck in the 80’s as they were playing music from the 80’s in the eating area and the decor is very much 80’s style. Very bad experience and poor customer service.

Cheap, cheerful and friendly.
The reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly on arrival. We arrived at 10am, check in was not until 2pm but we asked if we could park the car and they said that was fine. We were given a quick tour and asked if we would like breakfast which I thought was very nice as we were so early but we declined and went for a walk. We returned at 1:15 and our room was ready. Everything was clean and comfortable, the decor a little outdated but the price reflects that and we were very happy with the accommodation. The pool was lovely, a few cracked tiles that needed attention but otherwise good with showers, toilets and changing cubicles. A small poolside bar serving snacks, ice cream and drinks. Breakfast was served at the table buffet style and there was plenty to eat and a good choice, it was all very nice. For the price we paid this was a lovely hotel and we would return.

Great hotel with amazing view !
Excellent service ! Breakfast was included and was delicious! My room had amazing view ! Restaurant was open and delicious meals . Very clean and close to Istanbul airport for overnight stays as well . I slso Enjoyed their pool !

Needs a lot of improvements!
Once I believe it was a great hotel, but now they have to deal with many issues related with the restorations of the rooms. Our has a nice view but it needs a lot of improvements. It means...new furniture, more cleanliness and paintings of the walls. The smell is also a problem and it is connected with the overall redecoration need it to do. The restaurant and the staff is ok.

It's a seaview room on the top floor, the guest room is a little small but the balcony is quiet larg but we don't use it. The bathroom with tolet is very small. TV in the guest room is the old CRT one. When we requested later checkout, but we are rejected by the staff that they said they are fully booked but some more room even empty.
