“We booked through Vrbo and confirmed the reservation. When we showed up, there was no one to check us in. The cleaner put us in touch with the manager - who informed us he didn’t have a room for us! The property manager asked us to stay 2 days at an adjacent suboptimal hotel and then return to the booking. It was a very frustrating experience and there was a big language barrier. We ended up getting a refund and staying elsewhere. It was very unfortunate because this was a great location and the……
