“Perfect location that is lovely until night but not noisy.The host gave many ideas on things to do and even welcomed us with free walnuts that we enjoyed during our stay. He also showed us the shops and supermarkets nearby.We were allowed for late check out which is a bonus and was in constant communication to find out how we were doing.Overall, we had a nice host and a clean and unforgettable experience.”

“Fascinating and beautiful mornings with clear view over the Bosohorus, sunsparkle on the water in the mornings, fascinating views, day and night, of ships and watercraft, freighters to ferries to private boats -- as many as 15-20 vessels in view at some moments. The apartment has an unobstructed view of the waterside and ferry terminal a ross the street! Recommended!”

“The location was excellent in a nice area close to the tram and the Kalata ferry terminal. Some nice restaurants near by. The space worked out well for our group of 6 (3 couples) and the apartment had a nice view of the Bosphorus. The apartment could use a refresh with the paint, countertop, and other condition issues. Didn't really impact our stay, but it is looking worn. Could have been a little cleaner with some cobwebs in the bathroom and some other minor issues. The listing is clear that……

“Munir, the property manage was extremely helpful from the time we arrived to the time we checked out. There was housekeeping service available and plenty of bottled water was provided. There is a large roof deck with furniture and good views. The apartment was well stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms. There are plenty of restaurants and transportation close by for access to other parts of istanbul. We would stay there again if visiting.”
