I am writing this review to thank Kadir for one of the best services I have got in a hotel in my life, And I can say I travel quite a lot. He made my stay absolutely wonderful. Kadir, the hotel is very lucky to have you as their employee! There is no parking, although it was described as present, but it was easy to find a parking space nearby everyday at anytime of the day. "Very good, 24hr access (and check-in), very professional staff, nice new rooms and great service. You can ask for more water, soap, towels, etc. at any time.
Good price, and a location close to the main road (for transport)
Also, one of the few hotels that offers a room suitable for 5 people (most do 1-4 per room)."
"Air conditioning is out of order on checking in on October 27. Informed Responsible Reception with no luck and spent the night with no sleep.
The second day A/C was repaired. Again on Oct 29 “right now after mid night“ A/C Out of Order” Informed them many times with no luck to repair the A/C nor able to change the room.
