It was truly a wonderful experience

From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I felt a positive energy. The staff were so attentive and friendly it felt like I had known them for years. My room was spotless, and every detail was thoughtfully arranged. Breakfast was not only delicious but also served in a peaceful atmosphere. In short, everything was delightful. Low-End Hotel, Noisy, Mediocre Service

My stay was not consistent with the ratings I saw. The walls are very thin and room is not noise proof. Walls were also dirty. I had no hand soap because room cleaning took it the day after it was opened and never replaced the soap they took. They also took my hand towels and did not replace them. One night someone was smoking and I had to open my window to get to sleep from the smell. I had to use ear plugs every single night. The front desk was not able to resolve these issues. The breakfast is of poor quality. I would not stay here beyond a simple one or two nights. This was a regrettable stay for me given what is available in this area.

Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Man merkt, dass es sich unter neuer Leitung befindet – das Team ist äußerst freundlich, aufmerksam und bemüht, den Gästen einen guten Service zu bieten. Die Zimmer waren sauber und gepflegt, was mir besonders wichtig ist. Das Frühstück befindet sich aktuell noch im Aufbau, wurde aber transparent erklärt. Das Personal hat uns informiert, dass in Zukunft neue Konzepte vorgestellt werden sollen, was ich sehr spannend finde. Insgesamt ein gelungener Aufenthalt mit viel Potenzial für die Zukunft. Ich komme gerne wieder!

O atendimento é excelente, falam inglês muito bom, e sobretudo se esforçam a resolver problemas, mesmo o que não relação direta com o hotel. Além disso apareceu um gato que rodeou os meus pés, entrou comigo no elevador, “inspecionou o quarto” e saiu… só tive q chamar o elevador pra ele . 😯🙂🙂
