Horrible

It’s horrible hotel. The website states that there is a 24-hour shuttle service, there is a non-smoking room - as it turned out, in fact, there is none of this. They gave me a very dirty smoky room. The bed was linen of questionable cleanliness. There was no blanket at all. Something rattled in the hallway all night. I have never seen a worse hotel than this!!! The price and description on the website absolutely do not match the quality received!!!

Deep cleaning needed ASAP

A bugget hotel should not mean a dirty accomodation. Bathroom condition was simply unacceptable with slime mold around shower tray and tiles . Absolutely disgusting. The smell of the room made me sick all night. Kettle has not been descaled for years. You get what you pay is not a reason to simply neglect basics standard of cleanliness. Guys, just buy bleach. It won't hurt your budget.

The Hotel is dirty, most furnitures are broken, people smoke inside, bedsheet are not clean, you do not even want to touch anything. The people leading the hotel are friendly and try to help.

Excellent Hotel, in Every Way

An excellent hotel. The room was spacious and very clean, better than I expected for the price. The staff was very courteous, helpful, and professional. The breakfast was excellent, ready for me any time I wanted to wake up (before 10:00 AM). I can't think of a single thing that could have been better.

The most uncomfortable stay. Unfriendly staff, dirty rooms. Very very unpleasant stay. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone even if u think the price is good. Not worth it to pag any amount.

The worst hotel in my first Turkey Trip

I reserved this hotel based on Hotel.com review, but it is worse than I expected. The towels should be replaced because they are all like rags. All 3 rooms were smell and some fixtures were broken. Shower drain was bad and flooded. The Istanbul Airport moved since April 2019 and this place is not in good location for tour and stop over.

Tried to charge us again at the property when we already paid with Expedia. Took us first to a room and all you can smell was cigarette smoke. Every time they did room service, they took the towels but didn't replace them.

Schlechtese Hotelerfahrung

Unzumutbare Zustände im Hotel, Dreckige Lobby, Treppenhaus, Zimmer und Bad. Bettwäsche und Handtücher nicht nutzbar. Habe mich nur gezwungenermaßen mit allen Klamotten incl. Jacke auf das Bett gelegt, quasi kein Auge zugemacht. Auf Nachfrage keinen sauberen Handtücher oder anderes Zimmer bekommen. Nebenbei gehört wie jemand nach dem Zimmerpreis gefragt hat und als Antwort 10$ bekam. Definitive ist dieses Hotel keinen Cent wert, eines meiner schlechtesten Hotelerfahrungen. Ich empfehle Ihnen dieses Hotel von ihrer Seite zu entfernen.

Staff was slow and ignored our requests. The lights didn’t work. Lastly, online it says airport shuttle but they do not offer that service. Would not stay there again.

It took a while until I got the towels and the covers in the room the room are so tiny the shower water dripping all throughout the night it took one hour to get a blanket . Breakfast is lousy .WIFI I had to sign on numerous times .shower get flooded . The hand sink get flooded.
