You won’t regret staying at this establishment. The moment you walk in, you immediately feel the Turkish vibe coupled with excellent customer service. This hotel was the highlight of my trip. Their breakfast and restaurant are top-notch. Probably the best meal of our trip. Don’t hesitate, its worth the extra bucks to stay here.

Lovely room in a wonderful hotel that is very well located and with very friendly and helpful staff. It was a shame that the spa operated on a segregated basis with different hours for men and women. We did however enjoy have a good hamman and massage as a couple in another nearby hotel.

The property was lovely and the staff were very helpful and made us feel like home. We had breakfast in the restaurant 3 times - but for the price I would have only gone there once. The room was beautiful and had everything we could want in it - only thing was I wish it had more natural light. Overall we were happy we stayed there the ambience exceeded our expectations.

It was a very unique small scale grand hotel in the historic center of Istanbul. Beautifully maintained and authentic property. The head concierge Omer was delightful and most accommodating. The staff at the desk and the Bell Captain were polite and gracious. I would recommend their restaurant on the top level.

A great choice of food for breakfast, very attentive staff. The recommended cruise by the hotel was overpriced and just loo long. We later found out that you the hop on hop off option would have been better and cheaper. Room was very clean and sheets changed every day

The hotel is absolutely stunning and I enjoyed every second there. The staff is really friendly and everyone speaks English very well. The breakfast has a great selection and an even better view over Istanbul. Just be aware that the hotel is located between really steep roads. The only thing that annoyed me a bit was that the room with the greenery view is actually a room with a look on ivy that is hanging from a brick wall and there is no direct sunlight. Other than that everything was good.

Our stay at AJWA Sultanahmet was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the sheer beauty of the hotel. The attention to detail in the design is stunning—from the intricate hand-carved mother-of-pearl woodwork to the exquisite artwork, every corner feels like a luxurious, serene palace. What truly sets AJWA apart, however, is the exceptional team. The staff are so kind, welcoming, and genuinely attentive, ensuring every aspect of our visit was comfortable and seamless.
