Gutes Hotel in hervorragender Lage, wenn man nur was zum schlafen sucht, was günstig ist. Was die angeht, muss ich sagen, es war okay. Wir haben uns auch nicht lange im Hotel aufgehalten. Wir haben geduscht, geschlafen und sind dann raus. Die Lage ist jedoch hervorragend direkt bei der Hagia Sofia und der blauen Moschee total zentral gelegen.

楽しく過ごせました

この地域では珍しく価格が安くなっていたので宿泊。ベッドもダブルで部屋も広い。 築年数は立っているけれど、きれいにされてました。一階のフロントでゲストが喋っている声が響くことと雨がかなり降った日もあり、匂いが気になりました。上の階をリクエストするほうがいいのかもしれません。 いろんな場所にアクセスし安く近隣にレストランやスーパー、手軽に食べれるフードショップなどもあり便利でスタッフさんも親切。 近くのシーフードの店が美味しい。 朝食も色々と種類があって良かったです！

Das Hotel befindet sich in guter Lage. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig in kürzester Zeit zu erreichen. Das Zimmer ist gut und praktisch eingerichtet. Eine tägliche Zimmerreinigung wird angeboten. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben den Wäscheservice in Anspruch genommen und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Personal ist freundlich. Der Transfer zum Flughafen wurde durch das Hotel organisiert und hat sehr gut geklappt. Zum Frühstück können wir keine Angaben machen, da nicht in Anspruch genommen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Hotel empfehlen. P.S. Das Hotel hat eine riesige Dachterrasse (die vom Hotel gar nicht wirklich genutzt wird), von der man einen fantastischen Blick über die Stadt hat.

The hotel was a good place to stay in a very local convenient area to Sultanahmet. The only room for improvement I could add is slightly thinner pillows as they were quite big and we all found them a bit uncomfortable at first. Getting hold of an iron isn’t the easiest either so bare that in mind. Overall great price and experience

Mittelmäßige Unterkunft in guter Lage

Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das war jedoch das einzig gute an dem Hotel. Sehr gute Lage in Sultanahmet. Das Frühstück war sehr dürftig und eintönig, es haben ständig Kaffetassen gefehlt, es gab nur Pappbecher für kalte Getränke. Personal war unmotiviert. Essensauswahl und Qualität war für Türkei nicht gut. In unserem Zimmer war vieles defekt.

For a 4* hotel I was expecting a bit of comfort in the room. The double room that I had booked was ok and not as big as I have had in previous hotels etc. The room was on the first floor and the noise that came from reception from rude and loud guests was a pain. I had a lot of rude customers that were making too much noise at 10pm outside the rooms and it was disappointing that hotel staff would not tell them to be quiet and show respect to other guests that are looking for some peace and quiet especially at that time of night. The bathroom door and skirting could have done with fresh painting etc. This was not the standard of a 4*. The wardrobe came with 2 hangers and the wardrobe floor was broken. There was no towels when I arrived and when I asked for them I got damp ones given to me. The towels that were replaced daily were thin and cheap that you usually get in a 2*star hotel. I didn't feel the hotel reflected in its standards of service compared to the price they charged you for the room. The only good thing was the hotel was in a good location that gave you access to the tourist sights, dinining places and shops etc.

Temizlik berbat, yastıklar resmen kirden kararmış, yatakta önceki misafirin saçı ve kılı vardı. Yorganda lekeler , yerlere kirden basamıyorsunuz. Ayağınızın altı anında kirleniyor. Giriş odaları bodrum kat kotunda, odalar rutubet var. Klima pancar motoru gibi çalışıyor. 1990 lardan kalma, televizyon uydu bağlantısı kurulamıyor. Sinyal yok . Odaya su bile koymuyorlar. No hot water they reduce the water temperature after 10 am to save money in a 4 star hotel ???, very small room for the double superior see view room, non professional staff with 0 English, No coffee machine or toaster are working in their disaster and very poor breakfast, they keep bothering you even if you hung the sign for not nocking the door on you room door. No coffee or tee or even water in the room. it was a terrible experience compare to the other hotels that i have been during my previous visits to Istanbul. don't even think to go there.

If I could I would give zero star. There was no hot water in the shower for the duration of stay. The rooms were never cleaned even though we requested this. The breakfast was rubbish. The toaster was not working. There is no lamp shed next to your bed. We had to request this. We had booked room with a view and balcony. The balcony was shared with two rooms so no privacy. The air Condition stopped working at night. When we complained to the manager he just laughed off. There was no one who took us seriously. I will never recommend or I think expedia and other agencies should remove this hotel from their list.
