Nice and very helpful staff. The hotel has escalator access. Fruitful breakfast. The tourist sites are within walk-able distance. There is airport shuttle bus service for sending us to airport with reasonable price.

We loved Artika.The manager Salee was super helpful, respectful and friendly. We had the room right next to reception and it was great. He thought it less premium than the upper floors, but for us it was perfect. The hotel is clean and well kept, the kitchen staff lovely, the position near shops, restaurants and the main tourist sites of Sultanhmet excellent. We also appreciated there always being a staff manager on the desk, or outside chatting. Milo the Akita doggie who lives across the street is a sweet boy who always greeted us as we returned.

We checked out at 11am and then we left our luggage at the hotel because our flight was at 9pm then we came to collect the luggage at 4 pm. We asked them to use the toilet and they said they don't have toilet, we have to hold it until the airport, that took us 1 and half hours to reach the airport. The breakfast was very simple and there were only a few choices, apart from this everything was fine.

Perfect for our family trip

My three sons and I stayed from 21-30 August and had a wonderful time. The location was ideal, close to all the main attractions and yet hotel itself was a quiet and relaxing. Our room was clean, cool and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful with the kids. We will definitely be back on our next trip.

Great location, friendly staff, affordable.

We enjoyed our stay. We got the family suite. It was perfect for us. The breakfast was good. Just lacked a little variety. The location was very good in sultanahmat. Walkable. The hotel is a little on an upslope. So be sure able to walk uphill for a bit to some stores / shops / cafes. Everyone from front desk to cleaners to cooks were very nice.

Nice mid range hote

Quiet but steep street, taxi’s struggle to drop and pick up outside. Rooms snug but clean. Bathrooms nice but do need an extractor fan, as paint peeling off the ceiling of 401. Breakfast good. Terrace could do with a little TLC to make the most of it. Room 401 right by lift mechanics so can be noisy. Very handy for main attractions. Eating out in Istanbul very expensive but hotel does recommend local cafe that’s very reasonable. Reception staff friendly.
