There are so many hotels in the area. I dont know how to compare, but I will say the staff here was excellent. I didn't get everyones names but the head concierge Ahmed and his assistant Amir were both so helpful and professional .There was another young man who had the night shift who had to answer so many of my questions and he was so responsive. I decided to order the breakfast option and was happy I did. Lots of variety. There is a lovely dining room staff who are always smiling and keep the buffet pretty. Rooms have air conditioning and are kept up well,again didn't get all the names, but Melissa did a very good job. It was my first time to Turkiye and this place was the right mix of service+value+authenticity. Would recommend and breakfast option is a good idea. You can relax and plan your days.

Very beautiful hotel, and in a great location just steps away from Istiklal Street. Room was modern and unique. Only problem was the water in the bathtub was brown so we could not enjoy the jacuzzi tub, which was the main reason we chose that room.

Magnificent Hotel

Great Stay!

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast. Overall, a fantastic stay! Highly recommend if your first time in Türkiye/İstanbul!

This is a very nice hotel. The location is great, very close to Taksim Square and Istiklal street. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Hakan and Ayhan were great. I would definitely stay here again.
