「Not friendly front desk hotel, it’s a very bad experience to stay in a Hilton name hotel.」

「Most of the staff is good and friendly, but one lady staff at reception seemed to be racism, friendly to others, but not to Asian people. One matress in our room was damaged, too soft, not firm enough, realized this problem after 3 nights sleep wake up with painful back, reported to the hotel and they said they changed the matress while we were out, but still not so comfortable matress. Overall this is a good hotel.」

「It is very convenient if you are coming for the exhibition near by ,besides restaurant in hotel and opposite hotel , there is also a hidden bridge to the Airport shopping area which is just about 15 minutes walk. Strongly recommend if you are coming for a show.」

「the room is very nice! locate also good. stuff very help. 」

「The hotel overall is okay, the location is good, but lack of warmth from staff member, and some are not able to speak English which makes communication a bit difficult.」

「Very dirty」

「This is one of my favorite places to stay while I'm in Istanbul it's in a very quiet neighborhood Florya, next to the Old Airport dining options are 5-minute drive away with hundreds of options I prefer to go to Yeṣilköy Promenade where there's plenty of seafood restaurants only 5 minutes drive away. The hotel is an excellent, rooms are very comfortable and are in very good condition everything is spotless the staff is very very friendly. I highly recommend this place」
