I would like to share some feedback from my recent stay, with the intention of contributing to your continuous improvement.
The spa and pool were excellent, and the room itself was also excellent. However, I was given a smoking room despite having specifically requested a non-smoking room. The smell in the room was very strong and unfortunately caused me a headache throughout the night.
In addition, the front desk service was just acceptable. It seemed that the receptionist was not very attentive. I was not informed about the welcome cocktail, which I later found out was available for guests. I also asked for transportation information, which I was told would be provided, but I never received a response.
In my opinion, the main area for improvement is at the reception, where better communication and attention to detail would make a big difference in the guest experience.
