Do NOT rent this property. After confirming everything in advance, we arrived in Istanbul only to be told the apartment wasn’t ready. The host delayed sharing the unit number and code until we landed, then pushed us into a cheaper temporary unit with four flights of stairs—terrible for my 84-year-old father. They promised reimbursement for two nights but never paid. Communication was slow, we lost a full day moving, and Vrbo/Expedia support was useless. Avoid this place.
