I recently stayed at this hotel apartment in Istanbul for 8 days, and it was an excellent experience. The place was very clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located near all amenities. What truly made our stay special was the manager, Reza. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and polite. We were very satisfied with everything and will definitely return. I highly recommend this hotel apartment to everyone looking for a comfortable stay in Istanbul.

Great hotel

Great experience staying in Dorne Suit Hotel. Excellent location, very near ond walking distance to shopping area, İstiklal street and local restaurants The hotel is very clean and staff services are excellent and they are very attentive. The management running the hotel is very friendly and willing to do anything to help you out. The apartments very comfortable. Everything is clean and everything’s in working order. An excellent place to stay.

Very good area. Parking close by (parallel street). Very bad sewage smell in street outside. The statement about parking being available for 8Euros p.d. should not have been made. Room and bed were good.

This property is very conveniently located close to Istaklal Cd. You can walk and find absolutely everything you want. Plenty of restaurants, shopping sightseeing all around. The unit is very comfortable. Has one bedroom, a kitchenette, a spacious living room, and a good bathroom. Much more room than a Hotel room.

The hotel provides a pleasurable and convenient stay. The proprietor and staff exhibited exceptional affability and assistance. Although the bathroom's hygiene standards were not consistent with the remainder of the suite, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking lodging in the city center. Please note that the hotel does not have its own car park. However, there is a recommended paid garage parking facility located nearby.

I spent a wonderful week with my besties in May 2024 at this property. Our suite was very clean, cozy and comfortable. The management was very helpful, very friendly and very quick to assist when needed. They provided us with extra clean towels, cleaning services and whatever we asked them. We were finally able to get an honest taxi rate in Istanbul because the Dorne guys helped us arrange a taxi ride. I highly recommend.

I stayed there with kids for 1 night. We had a lovely time there . The host Raza was very welcoming . The property is very well located, walking distance to Istiklal street with everything near ur doorstep. The room was good size with kitchen and dining table and a big Tv . The only thing I would recommend is better ventilation for bathroom. I would highly recommend this place for anyone especially who wants to be near Taksim square or istiklal street . I will definitely stay there again next time

The place was perfect for our stay in Istanbul, and the staff were wonderful and helpful throughout our stay. They made us feel welcome and at ease, and were always kind and attentive. The place was very cozy, colorful, and perfect for a couple staying in Istanbul. It is also walking distance to the metro station, and to Istiklal street, with access to numerous shops, restaurants, pharmacies, and grocery stores. Despite being so central and close to everything, we did not struggle with loud noise at night or any other issues during our stay. Big thanks to the staff who made our stay a great experience, we would definitely consider this place for our next visit to Istanbul!!

The reservation desk was very prompt in addressing all concerns. The units are very intimate, but they have more than everything that you might need for your stay including hotplates, utensils, etc. Of course it is an easy five minute walk to the famous pedestrian Istiklal Street. Furthermore, it is a pleasant walk downhill to the Topane T1 tram station. However, on the way back, its best to take the tunnel from Karakoy to Galata, and walk down Istiklal Street. The receptionist has very limited knowledge of english, and while the owner is very flexible if you reach out to him, the receptionist is a bit strict with everything. So if you have any special requests, best to touch base with the owner directly. The place is neat and tidy, and it was a pleasure to stay there.

We booked the room for 3 days and extended it to 15 days, for 2 adults and a 3-year-old child. It’s a safe, quiet, and comfortable suite hotel in the center of Beyoğlu, within a few minutes' walking distance to Istiklal Street and Galatasaray High School. Great value for money. The room is a 1+1 open kitchen apartment; the bed and sofa are spacious and comfortable. The room is bright and clean, with no cigarette smell and no bad odours. The air conditioner, large refrigerator, and kettle all work well and very useful. There is also a small stove and kitchen utensils. Hot water is available without any issues. The reception is open all the time and they are very kind and helpful. It is possible and very convenient to order food from the endless restaurants and cuisines around. There is a laundry service which is also very useful. It’s an excellent option for traveling with both adults and children. All the photos of the room presented are as actuals.

There were two severe problems: 1. On our last day, an intense sewer smell engulfed the entire apartment. It made sleeping, eating and bathing nearly impossible, and felt absolutely unsanitary. We weren’t notified about this problem or the attempts to fix it, we only found out fixes were being attempted when we asked the attendant. It was still smelling disgusting by the time we left. 2. The bathroom door knob was broken, and “fixed” with an elastic band. A previous reviewer mentioned getting stuck in the bathroom, but no serious repair was made. This can’t be fire-safe! Otherwise, the apartment was dingy but usable. The wifi, A/C, laundry service and elevator were all satisfactory. There were some stains and damage, and little shelf space. But the attendants made water bottles available for free! The area is cute if touristy. Many good restaurant options around. It's a little loud at night, but that's to be expected in this area.

We looked up this hotel and the pictures painted a different scene. This was supposed to be a relaxing family vacation instead ended up being an uncomfortable 10 days. The 2 rooms we booked were both very disappointing in size and cleanliness. By the second night me and my 9 other family members got sick from all the dust and mold in the rooms. We spent half our vacation in bed rest due to the uncleanliness. We ended up purchasing our own cleaning supplies and cleaned both rooms. Even after taking the time to clean there was still a sewage smell that would overwhelm the rooms. The windows and doors would have to stay open in order to be able to eat, sleep or relax. My father ended up stuck in the restroom for 2 hours because the door handle came apart. There was no water the 1st night and we lost power the last night. The safe box would not open so we were forced to walk around with our money and passports the 1st two days. When you are traveling with 10 people a safe box in the rooms is very important. The host was able to get us a replacement but we had to install and mount it ourselves. The fridge and burners are outdated. We ended up having a fridge water leak on the 3rd floor and my sister’s luggage and clothes were damaged. The burner stopped functioning and had to be replaced. My over all review is very dissatisfied, the amount of money spent was not worth the stay. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The only good thing about this hotel is the location.

The host was gracious, helpful and very accommodating. He even gave us good recommendations for site seeing and how to navigate to the sites. The place was neat, clean, organized and the decor was eclectic. I would definitely recommend this place. Location is close to the bustling Istaklal street. I might even sought it out next time I visit Istanbul. Thanks for making my visit memorable.

I love the location, 2 mins to Istiklal St, in the middle between Taksim Square and Galata Tower. The room is clean and quite big, fits us with 3 kids. The day we checked out there were protest, polices blocked mostly all alleys in Istiklal street, but we didnt have issued out to the airport and got transportation, Mr Reza and the hotel's manager arranged everyting including spoke to the police supervisor in charge, they are very care about their guest.
