We were very happy with our stay!

We were very happy with our stay! The breakfast was great, served on a plate in advance with a choice of eggs (though the staff doesn't always understand English very well). A cozy hotel with a very involved and friendly manager! Excellent service. Location: really good. We will definitely return again.

‏The reception staff are very kind, ‏and the hotel’s service is respectful. ‏The hotel’s location is excellent. ‏The standard room is good and clean. ‏Breakfast is nice, but it was the same every day, so it became a bit boring — though it was simple and tasty. ‏Overall, the stay was very good, and if I return to Istanbul, I will book with you again.

Every thing is just perfect , staff really give good customer service and the breakfast is excellent , the only major problem is that you can hear the other guess talking true the wall of the room.I don’t know if all the room are the same but I suggest you bring some ear plugs .

Love it

Loved this place. Rooms were large, beds were large and extremely (!) comfortable. Extra bed was provided to the side of the King bed. Beautiful bamboo, felt like a private resort style room. Breakfast was included and was just ok. This is personal preference, but I don’t like how the eggs are made practically raw, I could’ve said something but anyway that’s just probably a thing that happens a lot in Turkey. They provided Turkish coffee or Nescafé in the morning, also included in the price (at least the way I booked it), super close to everything the grand market, a lot of mosques, a lot of restaurants, I would definitely stay here again.

The standard economy room ate good. DO NOT book at regular economy. Otherwise they will put you in dark room or basement with no windows and very small that you can hardly move. I was suffocating in there till I changed my room.

I had my worst hotel experience in this place, it has no lobby, the so called economy room for $71 has no windows, no AC, no ceiling fan. It is actually a storage. The bathroom has nasty color water as you see in the video, the bathroom has no vent, Front desk in the morning shift is great, but night time front office clerk has terrible attitude, and ready to engage in a fight with the hotel guests.

they did not disclosure that the economy rooms are in basement or first floor which does not have windows , looks like like grave ( or wearhouse) , did not provide a necessary ventilation for rooms in this floors even the AC they control it .we try to turn it on but does not work . the bath room does has not fan vents .

As soon as we arrived we found out that our room is in the basement and it was so hot even in january and there is a fan that is in the hole way to bring oxegen to the basement that was very noisy and we told them we want to change the room they refuse unless we pay more. We agree and we said how much more they told us double the amount we were surprised its only suppose to be extra 100 dollars not double the a mount so we went out and checked different hotels and found out better rooms with same amount of this hotel , we told them we want to cancel the remaining days they refuse to return the money and they said you want to leave leave but we will still charge you for the whole week . Bad hotel bad staff and i wont ever come back

Gece 2 de otele gittim yanlış rezervasyon yapmış olduğum için düzeltme yapamadılar çünkü resepsiyona aşcı adamı bırakmışlar. Adam ingilizce hiç dil bilmiyor. Bu yüzden düzeltme yapamadık. Karşılama oldukça kötü hiç memnun kalmadım. Sesten uyuyamadım. Sabahın saatlerinde temizlik yapılıyor aşırı rahatsız olduk. Hiç tavsiye etmem.

Oda beklediğimizden küçüktü ve ses geçirmeyen duvar yazıyorlar ama yan odadaki TV sesini duyabiliyorsunuz temizlik yapan hanımefendi gelişi güzel özensizce temizlik yapıyor çarşaflarda leke vardı konumu olarak iyiydi kahvaltı güzeldi fakat her gün aynı şeyleri veriyorlar ve gelen patatesler buz gibiydi beğendiğim yanları resepsiyondaki arkadaşlar çok yardımcı oluyorlar ve otelin konumu iyiydi
