-Water shortages may increase due to global warming. Water outages are inevitable and you may experience them too. Therefore, we recommend you to take your shower before going to bed because most of the outageses are happen in the morning and day time.

-We should register our guests passport informations in to the police identification system. This is the same procedure while you are checking-in to a hotel in Turkey. This is an obligation for all accommodation places. We have to get your passport details.

It is mandatory to enter your passport informations to the Police Identification System.

For stays longer than 10 days tenant pays the natural gas (İgdaş), electricty (CK Boğaziçi) and water (İSKİ) invoices.
