Very disappointing stay. We booked a room for my husband and me but were given one with two single beds. There was also a strong smell of smoke coming from the next room, even though the property is advertised as smoke-free. The smell gave me a headache, and when I asked to change rooms, the staff refused. A few minutes later, someone came, sprayed air freshener, closed the window, and left — which only made things worse. There were no complimentary bottles of water or tea provided, and the room was quite noisy — I could even hear water running and people talking from the next room. Terrible service and poor management. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
