Good hotel. Right in centre of healthcare for Istanbul.
Nice big hotel with turkish breakfast included. They have a free shuttle only for drop off which includes two stops close to the center.
At the counter few of the personnel of the hotel speaks English hard to communicate.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Our stay was frustrating from the outset, with multiple issues within the first 24 hours that set the tone.
At check-in, we were clearly told (and reconfirmed) that the coffee and dessert area was included in our executive package. This was also confirmed directly by reception to the staff, and we were served items from both sides (including desserts) without issue. The following day, we were told the opposite – that only certain items were included and others were chargeable. Despite explaining this and having it confirmed the night before, staff repeated the new explanation and offered a 15% discount, completely missing the point. The tone became dismissive, and I chose to pay and leave.
The pool rules, while present, are not clearly visible on entry. I complied, but they are overly strict (including requiring a cap despite being bald). What followed was worse – a staff member unnecessarily touched my shorts to check them and later intervened while my wife was simply holding our 8-month-old near the pool. This was excessive and uncomfortable.
We also had ants in the room, requiring a room change. While handled quickly, this should not happen in a hotel of this standard.
At checkout, we were incorrectly charged for minibar items we did not use and were asked if our children had consumed them, which was unacceptable.
Overall, inconsistent communication, poor handling, and questionable charges significantly impacted the stay. We would not return.
I really enjoyed my stay. Even when language barrier is an issue in Istanbul, the staff knew good conversational English. I was helped throughout. The breakfast was really nice, the options were good. I would just recommend that the fruits should be cut too. But full ones are good too.
Hotel was good, clean, big room, comfortable bed, reception a little bit rude, room service didn’t change the bed and pillows sheets

Room was big, and a nice big basker of fruit awaited. Big hotel, possibility to store luggage after check-out.
Non smooking floor, stinks of tabacco, clearly have issues with ventilation from other rooms or smooking floors. Vegetable soup from restaurant was at best edible.
Not possible to use facilities after check-out even if you vacate the room (vary unusual per our experience in aimilar standard hotels).
Not all staff is fluent in english.
The hotel itself had a nice ambiance to it. It felt like high end, 1999 decor but well maintained. I had a corner unit which offered a lot of space and great views. The hotel was pleasantly quiet. Taxis were easy to get. Breakfast was included and had a good bit of variety.
It is located a little far from main attractions but the Hotel provides a free shuttle from Hotel to Taqsim Square and Grand Cehavir Mall Mon - Sat which is very convenient. Only thing I would suggest not to take a taxi provided by the hotel specially going back to the airport as they will demand an extra fare at the end and make an excuse of taking the toll express highway. I would rather call an Uber or a Bitaksi instead.

Considering how crazy is Istanbul’s traffic, it was very easy to drive in out the hotel
