I really enjoyed my stay. Even when language barrier is an issue in Istanbul, the staff knew good conversational English. I was helped throughout. The breakfast was really nice, the options were good. I would just recommend that the fruits should be cut too. But full ones are good too.

Terrible experience at the check in as they forced us to pay extra even-though booking was done through Expedia app and full payment was already made. Can not rely on the hotel as you don’t know what you face or can expect after a very long flight. We will definitely not go back.
