Staff was helpful, except the concierge and front desk staff. Bed and pillow was very uncomfortable. You don't except this from a 4-5 star hotel. You had to make a special request for some basic stuff, such as wash towels, Q-tips... Room was not being serviced regularly (daily).

We had a few issues with the room and they tried hard to resolve. There was some communication issues and they did try to rectify the situation. A clean and tidy hotel, breakfast is good. Great for the Metro to get in and out of the centre of Istanbul.

Staff: The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Their professionalism and willingness to assist with any requests made my visit even more pleasant.
