They sad at the check in that they require extra charge for the two badroom because they haven’t got the one badroom

Otelin girisinden itibaren hersey kotuydu. Resepsiyonun onu bavul ve plastik cop torbalari ile doluydu. Araplarin esyalariymis. Ust kat koridorda da temizlik malzemeleri vardi. Sabah kapiyi avinca yerlere konmus,bazilari naylon torbada bazilari acikta hablular yigili idi. Perdeler les gibiydi. Sehpanin udtu digara yaniklari ile doluydu. Banyo pisti. Kisaca hersey berbatti. Tv de tek turk kanali gerisi arap rus vs kanallari vardi. Fatura da vermediler

Dirty apartment in its worst condition
We booked the apartment for 7 nights for 4 adults through Wotif.com.
Upon arrival we were told the apartment only accommodating 2 adults. So bedding suits, cutlery, dishes were all provided for 2. However extra sheet was given on day2 and blanket on day 3 (the blanket was extremely dirty and we couldn’t use a night. It had big yellow marks on it and very smelly. They changed it with another room’s, on day4). We did not get enough pillows as reception said they don’t have extra ones.
The couches were extremely dirty, smelly and stained. We had to throw a sheet on to be able to use them. The floors were sticky and weren’t mopped.
There were no dining tables. Shower door would not close properly, so water would run into the bathroom floor. The water pressure was extremely low at night so could not use the shower nor the toilet.
At the checkout the staff checked the room and insisted to overcharge us for using the minibar. They wanted to charge extra for wine and soda water, etc that we did not even touch. So be careful and be in the room while they are checking it at the end. Very very very poor customer service and communication.
The only good thing about this appartment was its location in Nisantasi. However would never recommend these suits to anyone and would never return.

Zentral und saubere Zimmer
Als wir angekommen sind hatten wir 1 Bett zu wenig im zimmer. Bei der Buchung ist wohl ein Fehler unterlaufen. Ein Tag musste einer von uns auf der Couch übernachten. Am.nächsten tag haben wir ein neues zimmer bekommen sodass jeder ein Bett hatte (4Personen). Ab gesehen vom ersten Tag war der Aufenthalt dort angenehm.

İstanbul'da Apart otelde kalmayın!
Otel müşterilerinin çoğu çok çocuklu ve kültürel düzeyi düşük yabancılardan oluşuyor. Odaları çok kötü ve kirli kullanmışlar. Odalar bakımsız ve kirli. Apart otellerde bulunması gereken mutfak eşyaları eksik. Ne kadar da temiz nevresim takımı serilse de yataklara, odaya sinmiş kötü kokular var.

كشقق جيده لكن لا يوجد مكيفات في الغرف والمواقف صعب
شقق ممتازه وفي موقع ممتاز ولكن هناك عيبين رئيسيين
الاول لا يوجد مكيف الا في الصاله اما غرف النوق فلا يوجد وهم معتمدين على الجو بدون مكيف
والثاني لا توجد مواقف حيث الفندق في شارع ضيق وان اوقفت السياره لاخذ اغراضك ا تحميلها اقفلت الشارع
