The hotel is located by lots to see and do. The staff gave recommendations for restaurants and places to avoid that are traps for tourists. It was a wonderful local place to stay!

The hotel is pretty close to the most famous mosques in Istanbul - Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque, and it is close the all the transport you will need to discover the city. The staff is perfect, my room was always clean and comfy when I got back from the tours, and Mr. 'Ali will make you feel at home. I have no words to describe my stay in this hotel, it was perfect and made my vacation trip unforgettable. I highly recommend this place.

My stay at hotel sultan hill was absolutely amazing. Great staff- especially Ali! I felt safe always, the room was clean and tidy, breakfast was great, and the hotel services were made easy through the team. I would pay any price just to stay here again. A well located property right in the tourist area, around the corner from all the main attractions. Very easy walk to tram transport for access to other parts of the city. Room was adequate but small. Facilities were dated,but in saying this… we weren’t in our room often. Bed was too hard for me. Management were great, so helpful… especially Ali who speaks perfect English…thanks for a lovely couple of days

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The only recommendation to travellers is to bring a shower cap because the shower head is fixed The strength of the structure is undoubtedly the staff very helpful, friendly and ready to help you with any request. From phone cards to taxis, to tips on getting around the city. After a week we felt like in our own home. The view from the terrace is spectacular and in the evening and when you wake up, you can hear the adhan of the muezzin from Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque: very exciting.

Perfect location, close to popular sites shops, grand bazar. Easy to walk to restaurants. Staff very friendly, helpful and obliging. My only negative was that the matrees was extremely hard and uncomfortable.

Fikk rom 304. Fryktelig lite rom. Omtrent ikke plass til 1 koffert, ingen skap til klær. Men verten fikset nytt rom, som var midt i blinken. God frokost, ikke stort utvalg, men mer enn nok tilstrekkelig. Midt i smørøyet for de fleste severdigheter. Kan gjerne bo her igjen

Gran estadía en el Hotel Sultán Hill

El servicio y la atención excelente. El personal de recepción, Rushan nos recibió a media noche y fue muy amable y nos enseñó la vista maravillosa de la mezquita azul desde la terraza del Hotel. Max y Ali extraordinariamente. Súper recomendado por servicio, amabilidad, ubicación y atención en general. El desayuno es bueno y suficiente y la atención genial

I booked and paid in advance for 6 nights at Hotel Sultan Hill. On arrival they couldn't find my booking. Eventually they gave me a room. It was a super hot day and after a long journey I wanted a shower. There was no water. Even the toilet wouldn't flush. This was not the fault of the hotel, I was advised plumbing works were in progress in the street. Ok. However the staff really didn't care and offered no solution. One night I was out late with friends, the receptionist called my personal mobile phone to ask where I was!? In the afternoon of day 3, after my room had not been cleaned once yet I requested new towels. Another morning the owner proceeded to scold me for going out late and coming back early. I am a 50 year old woman! His reasoning, after I suggested he was not my father was they were waiting for me to return to clean my room. What?! You wait for the guest to be insitu to clean? They did not then clean my room. On the morning of check out I was getting myself ready. Thankfully I was already dressed. I hear my door unlock. I go to greet whom I expect to be housekeeping, marvelling that they come on my last morning. No, it was another guest. She stared at me, bewildered that I was in "her" room. Turns out she confused which floor she was on and went to her door on autopilot. No problem except that HER ROOM KEY OPENED MY DOOR!!! We proceeded to have surprise and concern. Both our keys opened all doors. Do not stay here. You and your property are not safe!

Localização perfeita para quem quer conhecer as principais atrações de Istanbum, há poucos metros da Mesquita Azul, Hagia Sofhia, Cisternas da Basílica e Palacio Topkapi. O café da manhã tem um horário estendido até às 11h. O staff é bem atencioso e o gerente Ali fez todo o possível para atender nossas solicitações. Necessário dizer que não há elevadores. Para quem não está habituado, a religião islâmica possui rituais diários de oração, que são orientados por meio de alto falantes das mesquitas. Assim, certamente as orações diárias serão ouvidas do hotel, inclusive há uma de madrugada. Mas nós é que éramos os visitantes, então há que ser respeitado.

편하고 매력적인 공간

5일간 머물렀습니다. 친절한 직원과 깨끗한 침구, 낭만적인 분위기가 인상적이었습니다. 개인적으로 블루모스크에서 하루 다섯 번 들리는 기도소리가 좋았는데 생각보다 크게 들리니 참고하세요. 저는 2층에 머물렀는데 지면이랑 가까워 어쩔 수 없이 여름에 날벌레가 들어오긴 합니다만, 에어컨 성능이 좋아서 창문 열지 않고 시원하게 지냈습니다. 얼마나 오래되었는지는 주인 말고 아무도 모르더군요. 꽤나 오래된 건물이라 운치있습니다. 옥상은 뷰도 좋고 저녁에 야경 보며 맥주 한 잔 하기 좋아요! 스태프들이 모두 친절하고 정보를 잘 알려줘서 좋았습니다. 아침식사는 매번 메뉴가 조금씩 달라서 먹는 즐거움이 있었습니다. 행복한 휴가였어요.
