Had a really positive experience at Joy Taksim. The room was nice and kept really clean. Staff were accommodating and helpful. The hotel is in an ideal location. Couldn’t fault it at all, would definitely stay again.

This property is in a great location, a couple of minutes walk to Taksim Square. The hotel is clean and tidy. Reception staff, especially Celeb was very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping not so helpful. The room was smaller than in the photographs. Shower room was tiny however, it was ok. I would definitely stay again due to the location of the hotel.

Taksim'de ulaşımın çok rahat olduğu. Temiz ve konforlu odalarında. Güler yüzle misafirlerini agirlamakta. Çok memnun kaldım Yeri sebebiyle doğal olarak bir miktar gürültülü olabiliyor. Rahatsız olanlar kulak tıkacı ile rahat edecektir. Otel Yönetime tavsiye: Ses için odalarda tek kullanımlık sünger kulak tıkacı verilebilir. Avrupa'da ses yalıtımsız binalarda sunuluyor müthiş faydalı. Tekrar görüşmek dileğiyle sevgiler.

The picture in Internet is very nice, but when you walk in room is very small, bathroom is very small, shower area very tiny and you can’t hear the noise from this room to other room people other room when they have conversation you can hear it. It’s very loud and also street noise from front and behind the hotel very loud. It’s hard to get sleep. Basically I wouldn’t recommend it.

Don’t loss anything in this hotel

I’ve forgotten 4 expansive shirts in the cabinet and their cleaner did not bother himself to check with me if I’ve lost anything . I tried to contact the owners on WhatsApp and they did not respond as well.

Good value for money

One of the closest hotels to Taksim Square (2 min. walk) at affordable price. Yes, you can go to mire luxury Point hotel and pay double per room. Friendly staff. Thanks a lot Ahmed for your service. Be careful not to lose your room card or you have to pay a replacement fee. To the guys at hotel: it will be great to put tissue boxes in rooms and bathroom. We only had roll tissues in bathroom and nothing in room.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado. El cuarto estaba en general bien. Solo que estaba una toalla sucia. El colchón y almohadas cómodas! La regadera con fuga, cuando le abres. El refrigerador hace algo de ruido al funcionar y el ruido de la calle y escaleras se oye mucho en el cuarto. Pero la ubicación lo compensa. Tambien el trato de los empleados muy bueno y se esmeran, aunque el idioma puede ser un impedimento para hacerse entender. El desayuno muy coqueto y suficiente! Enfrente una casa de cambio y tienditas muy cerca. La estación del metro, funicular y autobuses caminando. Así como la calle Istikal

Fint hotel med flott beliggenhet, men dårlig internett av og til og renhold er ikke bra. Håndklær er ikke helt rene og litt gule. Kopper ble ikke byttet i hele 11 dager vi var der. Da vi spurte om å bytte den så sier housekeeper at vi kan bare vaske den.. veggene er slitte og trenger å vaskes
