Very comfortable stay. Staff were welcoming including reception staff, housekeeping to staff during breakfast. Varied breakfast and staff willing to help. Covenient location, mall and plenty of shops within walking distance. Would stay here again :)

Öncelikle ilk odamı ilk gün değiştirdik çünkü çok kötü kokuyordu lağım kokusu vardı. Diğer odada da koku devam etti. Çarşaflar ve yastık kılıflarında kıl vardı hep yorgan kılıfı kirliydi değişmemişti yastık kılıfları asla temiz kokmuyordu . banyoyu kendim temizledim ona rağmen kokudan kullanamadım. her yer önceki kalan kişinin sakal tıraşı artıklarıydı ancak ertesi gün temizlendiğinde yine kirlenmişti muhtemelen tek bez ile bezi yıkamadan tüm banyolar temizleniyor. Dolapların içi için 1 paket ıslak mendil kullandım asla temizlenmemişti tozdan eşyalarımı koyamadım. Yatak başı o kadar kirliydi ki orayı da yaklaşık 1 paket ıslak mendille sildim. Eski olması hiç sorun değil ama bir işletme kirli olmamalı. 1 gün erken ayrıldım ancak kredi kartından işlem yapıldığı için iade yapmadılar nakit olsa iade edebiliyorlarmış bunu da sordum başka bir otele alakası yok iade edebilirlerdi dediler. Kahvaltı çok vasattı beyaz peynirde de kıl gördüğüm için diğer gün kahvaltı etmeden çıktım.

Hotellet har en rigtig god beliggenhed, meget centrat, hvilket gøre det nemt at komme rundt og opleve byen. Ulempen er dog at beliggenhed også betyder meget larm fra trafikken. Vores værelse blev ikke gjort ordentlig rent, de reddede kun sengen, også selvom vi bedte om det. Rengøringsservicen levede ikke op til forventningerne. Receptionisterne er dog rigtigt venlige og behjælpelige.

Hotell med gångavstånd till Taksim torget

Ett hotell med gångavstånd till Taksim torget, hotellet ligger mitt i ett bostadsområde det var lite svårt att hitta på egenhand. Rummet jag hade var ganska slitet men rent. När vi var där måste man göra PCR test på hotellet som man ska betala en slant för. Det var jag som gick dit och betalade, tyckte det blev dyrt och berättade det för min flickvän som har läst på vad de skulle kosta. Hon gick ner och pratade med de eftersom hon kan språket. Efter ett tag kom de upp med ett kuvert med halva summan.

Die Zimmer waren überhaupt nicht sauber. Überall Flecken auf den Teppichen und den Möbeln. Der Spa Bereich fiel aus obwohl das ein Spa Urlaub werden sollte. Auf die Beschwerde hin hieß es man solle davor nochmal anrufen und sichergehen das der Spa Bereich geöffnet ist? Unzumutbar, haben am selben Tag ausgecheckt.

Treated bad by the front desk at 11.25am after checking in at 9pm I categorically told them my flight is 6pm and I will like to check out at 3pm and they accept suddenly the were calling at 11.25am to tell me I should check out by 12 noon that’s not fair

Really good place to stay. Also good for families. I stayed here together with my parents. The rooms are verg big and clean. Staff is very nice. It almost feels like getting back home after being the whole day outside in the city.
