We arrived at the hotel and was given a room that looked like it was in the basement- very smelly and humid. Horrible. asked if they have another room available and was asked for extra 780 TL . happy to pay so i could get out of that hell. wanted to pay by card but he requested cash... did not get receipt. i presume this is a strategy with the horrible room so the receptionist can get extra straight in his pocket. i will NEVER come back or recommend. the hotel is extremely run down and staff not helpful at all.

Check in was very poor. I spent 30 mins outside as there was nobody to check me in. When the check in person finally showed up, they said they had " gone for a walk" Wifi didn't work at all and communicating with the staff was difficult as they couldn't understand English

Problemi al check in. Non risultavano prenotate 2 camere su cinque dicendoci inoltre che era tutto pieno. Quando abbiamo detto che avremmo pagato, stranamente, le camere erano disponibili. Quindi pagata una ex novo e due supplementi per avere camere con finestra quando nella prenotazione non era indicata la mancanza della finestra. Quando con calma ho ricontrollato i documenti che, fortunatamente,avevo stampato, tt è saltato fuori. Non volevano darci i soldi. Ho detto che avrei chiamato la polizia. Cmq alla fine abbiamo avuto i ns soldi indietro. Molto sgodevole un impiegato. Da evitare.

Avoid Fraud adverts
Nowhere near the advertised map location!!!!! Tiny Room. Advertised as 100cm Satellite TV but had a 35cm tv that did not work. Room was in basement and smelled mouldy with loose sink tap. No soundproofing at all. Fraud misleading advert. Avoid!!!

Zentral gelegenes, kleines Hotel mit wenigen Zimmern. Ruhige Lage. Sehr netter Empfang und hilfsbereites Personal. Auf Nachfrage kann man ein Taxi zum Flughafen SAW buchen (25€). Das Zimmer war mit den nötigsten Dingen ausgestattet, wie in der Beschreibung dargestellt. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt sehr gut geeignet und gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Value for money
Room was clean the guys were nice and helpful, the air-conditioning took a bit time to warm up the room However i am quite sure for the price i paid this is probably the best value i can have.

İstanbulun en ucuz otelini seçip böyle bi yorum yapmak bence çok anlamsız efendim. Bir dahakine 5 yıldızlı otelii tercih edebilirsiniz.

Was peasant night site administrator, but rooms unfortunately look totally different from pictures provided on website, door to bathroom couldn’t be closed only with lock, if you would like to open a window then expect that you will smell smoke all the time.

Ich habe extra 4 Euro pro Nacht bezahlt das ich ein sogenanntes Royalzimmer bekomme. Bei der Ankunft wollte der Herr mich in ein Keller stecken. Ich wollte es mir gar nicht anschauen. Dann zeigte er mir ein 3 m2 Zimmer ohne Fenster. Als letztes habe ich ein größeres Zimmer ohne Fenster bekommen.Ich bin unzufrieden gewesen blieb mir leider nichts anderes. Zum zweiten mal bei Expedia ggebucht und 2 mal das gleiche passiert.

Worst Hotel Ever!!! WARNING
Most horrible hotel ever! I paid 700$+ and I was robbed. Also the way it was promoted on Hotels.com was misleading. I believe you should have a better way to vet your properties/hotels. This is super important as now I don’t feel comfortable booking hotels using your service.

Apart from cleaning everything else was poor. Looks like our room was refurbished recently, it was not fully painted, water everywhere from the shower, no hangers. The building itself had sack of bricks and material in the reception. Definitely the room was not even close to the website pictures. Location was ok, just a bit stiff hill to get to the Main Street.

No se como Hoteles. Com lo tiene catalogado como hotel, es más bien una casa adaptada a la que le faltan muchos servicios para ubicarla como un hotel. Debería tener al menos unos servicios mínimos como disponibilidad de una cafetera con la posibilidad de tomar café o té . Si alguien se va hospedar allí tiene una ventaja y es que el costo es económico, es útil para pasar una o dos noches de descanso y continuar con el paseo,ademas está ubicada muy cerca del centro histórico, pero si su plan es descansar en el hotel esto esto no aplicaría . Las personas que atienden muy formales
