We stayed for one night. The staff at the front desk and the young man who helped us carry our bags were friendly, professional, and helpful. The breakfast was good, and we also had tasty food from the restaurant. The room was so clean, with a comfortable bed and an accessible, spacious bathroom. It was a good experience and I strongly recommend it if you look for a cozy hotel near the airport.

The property was spotless and well-maintained. Although the room was slightly smaller than anticipated, it was sufficient for a brief stay. However, the staff truly made a significant difference. Can and Diyar were exceptionally helpful and attentive throughout our stay.

Stayed here for a short layover and had a great experience. The hotel is very close to Istanbul Airport, making it extremely convenient for travelers. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the price was very affordable for the quality provided. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. A special thank you to Can at the reception for the warm welcome, excellent customer service, and making the check-in process smooth and easy. I also want to recognize Diyar, the bellboy, who was courteous, helpful, and went above and beyond to assist with our luggage and ensure we were comfortable. I left Istanbul for a few days to another city and they were able to hold the luggage I did not need to take with me. That was a HUGE help and I cannot thank them enough! They made my travels a very enjoyable experience. I cannot recommend them enough! Their outstanding hospitality truly made our stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!

I stayed at this hotel for two nights. The room was clean and equipped with air conditioning, a TV, a kettle, coffee and tea. Overall, it’s a clean and convenient place if you want to stay close to the airport. Breakfast: I would have appreciated a little more variety, especially when it came to bread. The only options were simit and toast, but there was no toaster available. Each simit was also cut into about 10 small pieces, which I found a little unusual. Balcony/Windows: My room had a balcony, although I didn’t use it because the weather was cold and windy. Unfortunately, the windows weren’t properly sealed, so quite a bit of cold air came into the room. The window hinge was also broken, which made it difficult to keep the window securely in place. I ended up turning up the heat overnight to keep the room warm. Staff: Mesut was extremely helpful throughout my stay. He helped me with my luggage and with getting a taxi. He was polite, respectful and very helpful. Soundproofing: The rooms aren’t very well soundproofed. I could clearly hear someone coughing in the room next door, and I imagine they could probably hear me as well. Overall: I would give this hotel 4 stars. The biggest strength is definitely the staff.
