I reached Radison after 28 hours of travel to stay for a night, before I took my next flight. When I got to the hotel, their key card machine wasn't working. I was told I'd need to go to the reception if I left my room, as staff would have to come up to open the door with a master key card. When I entered the room, there was an odd stain on the armchair and the glasses were all dirty. The kettle had various sickening substances in it. I went to the reception and showed them the pictures, and they offered me a better room.
The other room was slightly better. But the glasses had the same issue, there was a weird red spot on the pillow and the chair had some weird sticky substance on it. I decided not to make a fuss, just wanting to get through the night. When I left my room, I couldn't get back in as the key card was still not working. I had to wait in line as the staff was busy. At this point, I decided not to leave my room again. I stayed trapped in the room for most of the evening and the following morning. When I went to check out at noon, apparently the key-card machine had been fixed overnight, and no one bothered to give me a working key card. Very disappointed in Raddison overall. It's a two-star hotel at best. Complete waste of money!
