Liar Liar pants on fire

At check-in, we were told that the items in fridge were complementary and free of charge. At check out, same free items were charged and bill was very salty! Basically, items weren't free! Should have known better though that it was scam! Poor service. Breakfast in morning was great though.

Fick inte det rum som jag fick bild i samband med bekräftelse! Jag fick ett rum som såg ut som ett förråd inget fönster,så dålig skick, inget ventilation, mögel i badrum ( bilder finns) is kallt badrum och kokhet rum , problem med andning pga cigarett lukten. prata med personalen flera gånger men de tyckte att det är inte deras fel då bekräftelse stämde ej med det bekräftelse som jag hade från Hotels. Com. Var tvungen och ringa Sverige, hotels kundcerive och rapportera detta och ändå fick inte hjälp av kundservice! Mycket besviken på så dålig service! Andra dagen vi blev erbjuden ett annat rum bara för att jag började hota med mögel bilder!

Perfekt på alla sätt

Mycket fräch och rent hotell! Mitt i centrum och nära till allt, bl.a. Jawaheir gallerian, tunnelbana och bussar som man kan lätt, billigt och smidigt ta sig var som helt i Istanbul. Bra och trevlig personal. Allt bara bra och kan varm rekommenderar denna hotell till andra.
