I enjoyed staying at this hotel for 2 night, everything is near by walking distance. The rooms are tiny but I personally don't need more than that. Clean sheets and comfy bed to sleep well , I don't spend time in my room anyway. So,it was good enough for me! I will return if I have a chance to visit again Istanbul. Thank you!

I loved all of the staff. Anything that needs improvement is not their fault. Property in basement area looks a bit rundown. Needs some work around the floorboards and some painting. Breakfast assistants are very nice. Please check for freshness of the food. Some items were not fresh. Recep at the front desk is wonderful. The cleaning staff is also wonderful. I like the kitchen assistant. He is very nice. I will stay here again. Very nice location for me!

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war leider mit erheblichen Problemen verbunden. In einem der gebuchten Zimmer funktionierte die Toilettenspülung drei Tage lang überhaupt nicht. Unter diesen Umständen war das Zimmer praktisch unbrauchbar, da ein Mitreisender gezwungen war, sein Geschäft auf öffentlichen Toiletten außerhalb des Hotels zu verrichten. Das Hotelpersonal wurde mehrfach auf das Problem hingewiesen – ohne jegliche Sprachbarriere, da ich fließend Türkisch spreche. Trotzdem wurde nichts unternommen, um den Mangel zu beheben. Unsere Beschwerden wurden lediglich aufgenommen, aber konsequent ignoriert. Eine Entschuldigung oder gar eine Entschädigung wurde zu keinem Zeitpunkt angeboten, obwohl die Beeinträchtigung gravierend war. Unter diesen Umständen erwarte ich eine angemessene Erstattung für das betroffene Zimmer, das faktisch nicht nutzbar war. Fazit: Ein Hotel, das nicht auf berechtigte Beschwerden reagiert und grundlegende Mängel ignoriert, kann ich keinesfalls weiterempfehlen. Der Umgang mit Gästen war enttäuschend – Kulanz und Kundenservice Fehlanzeige.
