Firstly someone went into the room while we were away and stole money from our handbag, they did not clean the room, they did not change the sheets or towels and left the door open when they left, Very small rooms, dirty bathroom, dirth sheet, only one sheet and dirty old blanket and pillow cases, elevator very small, unsafe area to walk at night, very expensive for what it is, i dont recommend this place and will bot stay here again

Il personale è gentile e disponibile. C'è l'ascensore. Il wifi è ottimo. Siamo una coppia che lavora da remoto al computer e non abbiamo avuto problemi con la connessione. La posizione è buona, a due passi da Piazza Taksim. La pulizia generale della camera era scarsa. Abbiamo trovato un calzino sotto al divano e bottiglie di plastica sotto al letto, oltre a tanta polvere. Il bagno è troppo piccolo e senza un ricambio d'aria adeguato e il soffitto è pieno di muffa. La cucina non è adeguatamente attrezzata ma il personale è disponibile e se gli si chiede qualcosa sono pronti ad accontentarti. Non c'è una cappa quindi quando si cucina, gli odori e vapori circolano in tutta la stanza.
