Hotel closed for refurbishment

I arrived late at the hotel in a cab to find that it was closed for refurbishment. Not good that Expedia allow you to book when the hotel is currently not operationaL. I called the customer service line straight away and the operative I spoke with was apologetic and helpful at least. Lucky that a nearby hotel had space, or I could have bee in a very tricky position

Very well situated hotel. Could do with a bit of a refresh, particularly mattresses. Tip: head to Hoca Pasa street for good well priced Turkish food.

Super Hotel mit Top Lage 👍🏼

Super Hotel in zentraler Lage.. Nächste Straßenbahn Haltestelle ist in 2-3 Minuten zu erreichen. Sehenswürdigkeiten wie die Sultanahmet Moschee, Hagia Sophia oder das Topkapi Palast sind einfach vor der Haustür :) Ausblick beim frühstücken einfach nur genial.. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Istanbul Weekend Trip

Stayed at The Istanbul Hotel for 3 days and really liked the location! Everything of the Old City was right there. Breakfasts were nice, on the rooftop restaurant with a great view of the nearby Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque and the city line/Bosphorus Bay. The hotel needs a little more TLC, as some maintenance needs to be done. Overall, a nice hotel and rooftop restaurant.

great hotel and it wasn't expensive

The location was perfect. The hotel staff was extremely helpful. The dining room on the 6th floor had a spectacular view of Istanbul, the food was wonderful and the service was fabulous. I would definitely stay there again.

A 70m de la rue où il y a la Citerne Basilique

Hôtel de 6 étages situé très proche des monuments historiques principaux où l'on peut tout faire à pieds. Il est dans une rue plate, agréable, large et très peu emprunté par les voitures. Je l'ai choisi pour sa proximité, sa terrasse sur le toit pour le déjeuner (fait aussi restaurant testé et approuvé) avec une vue sur le Bosphore, sur Ste Sophie, la Mosquée Bleue ainsi que pour chaque chambre équipée d'un jacuzzi. Partis en couple, nous avons eu une triple (la 304, environ 28m²) : vue catastrophique à l'arrière mais silencieuse et spacieuse (beaucoup de vitrages et possibilité de fumé sur l'escalier de secours). Petite gêne avec la chambre mitoyenne lorsque les occupants parlent un peu fort. Chaînes françaises : TV5 monde + France24. Parquet au sol et meubles en bois, agréable mais poussière omniprésente. Le coffre fort, petit, n'est pas fait pour les PC. Petit déjeuner varié et tout à fait correcte réalisé par Makka très sympathique et à votre écoute, Ôzturk en salle souriant et agréable. Arif et Omar à la réception à votre écoute et sympathiques parlent anglais mais pas arabe. Et pour finir, il y a Giorgia la femme de chambre discrète mais sympathique. Ce fut mon 3ème séjour à Istanbul et cet hôtel fait parti de mes préférés pour sa situation
