Superb hospitality from start to finish.

Fantastic. Lovely property any a true refuge from the fast, crowded pulse of the beautiful big city of Istanbul. Having the pool after a day of sight seeing or shopping was very enjoyable and relaxing. The spa was beautiful and the trainer in the gym was extremely nice and helpful! The concierge team was so helpful. Superb staff throughout from checkin to checkout!

Excellent hotel directly on the Bosphorus, with a beautiful promenade and close to many restaurants. The only downside is that the front of the hotel is always crowded and there’s too much traffic.”

Amazing stay in Istanbul

Peninsula Istanbul wowed us! The rooms were the most high tech of any of the many 5 star hotels I've stayed in my day. I LOVED the tech in the rooms, and everything about this hotel, from decor, to service, to the location and furnishings. It was a perfect place to explore Istanbul, and we fell in love.

A spectacular property. One of the finest hotels I've stayed in (and I've stayed in the best). All the finished are very fine. The room layout and view were top notch. Staff was helpful and friendly.

SUPERB service and staff. Very modern and tech forward rooms. The views were incredible from our room and the pool. Rooftop restaurant was delicious. The gym was big with great equipment.

Everything about The Peninsula was exceptional, from the attentiveness of the excellent staff in all areas to the superb rooms and facilities. I'm often critical but can find absolutely nothing but praise for this excellent hotel and I cannot wait to return, which I will do soon. It was our wedding anniversary during our stay and the beautiful hand-written card and treats were VERY much appreciated, we were really touched and it made the day, thank you to all the thoughtful and thoroughly delightful staff at The Peninsular.

The Peninsula Istanbul is an excellent hotel. The wings maintain a high classical standard, but the main building with the reception area would benefit from an update. Service by the pool is outstanding, especially from one of the staff members from Hong Kong who studied at a hotel program in Switzerland – the service level was truly exceptional. The breakfast staff were very friendly, but service was slow despite the restaurant not being full. The rooms were good, as was the gym, although the hotel lacks some machines for abdominal and back training, and the treadmills need to be replaced. The indoor pool and spa facilities are of the highest standard. Overall, The Peninsula Istanbul is a hotel that can definitely be recommended.

Superlative, impeccable, and incomparable five star hotel with the utmost care in excellent service and facilities. The location in Istanbul is unsurpassable. The room was gorgeous, spacious, and clean. Staying at The Peninsula Istanbul has made my trip to Istanbul even better. It will be our go to hotel in Istanbul in the future.
