Service is exceptional. Staff met us at transfer car in the rain to help with luggage. When they became aware of our 430AM departure, sandwiches and coffee were ready to take with us. Hotel is lovely, across from the Black Sea. Staff is welcoming and responsive. Highly recommend!!!
