This was a wonderful place to stay in the New City, walking distance to the subways and vibrant nightlife a short distance away. The property was quiet, clean, and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I have no reservations about recommending this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.

Great staff, great stay, very walkable to everything (<10 mins to Galata) and the room was cleaned every day. The only reason I am leaving it 4 stars as opposed to 5 is I did feel the apartment was nicer in the photos online than in person, and the shower drain didn't work very well. I think that may have been the unit we got though. I would still stay again and the staff was friendly and helpful!

I don’t know her name actually I ask her please. If you find my book please call me back to my friend phone She called after 45 minutes my friend answer. She was rude with him. And say Don’t give the phone to Mr. Hampton tell him we don’t find anything here!!!! he told me she was very rude in the Turkish language this is was very bad unprofessional to communicate with the customer like that other than that the whole thing was great. I hope this will be corrected
