“An unexpected upgrade was a delight. The room was amazing. Wall length desk. Couch and chairs. Refrigerator. Large video screen. Jacuzzi!! Walk in shower. Temperature control kept the room at selected ambiance by Bluetooth! Tech was great. Had dinner and was impressed with the kind service. No wine, so we went across the street to a beat western restaurant. They arranged transfer from airport and back again. Nice!”

“This is a fairly new hotel and it is working out the 'new procedures' and doing quite well. Our room had a glitch in the air-conditioning system that the staff worked diligently to fix. They offered a different room but eventually came up with an acceptable solution. It's location 15 minutes from the airport and the shuttle service availability was a plus. Nearby were several dining options as well as 'quick shops for those just in case needs. I would stay here again!”

“This hotel provided an excellent service. We got picked up when our plane arrived and dropped off when we were leaving Turkey. I was able to stay connected with the hotel staff via WhatsApp, they responded promptly to every message of mine. We were offered a wonderful opportunity to go to Hagia Sophia by using the hotel shuttle service for 100 euro which covered the round trip. The staff was super helpful, offering us complimentary bottles of water. The room was clean, they provided everything……
