「It was great staying at sala suites. The staff was always very friendly and so helpful. The room was also good and clean. Our room was serviced everyday including Sunday and it was lovely coming back to a clean room after a day of exploring. It's located centrally. Overall excellent experience.」

「The room itself is nicely decorated. The hotel is located in the heart of taksim. Yet there’s many pubs nearby which make it quite dirty and noisy at night. Staff is not quite helpful. We asked one if the staff to make a reservation for a table of a restaurant but they never get back to us. On the day we left we asked the staff to book a taxi to the airport. At first the staff said the Taxi will arrive in 10-20mins. After 30 mins they said the Taxi is not coming and asked us to get the...

「The receptionist Orkan was extremely friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately the WiFi never worked during my stay which was very frustrating. When I asked reception around 8pm the gentleman told me it was down but a technician was trying to work on it. It was never fixed even when I checked out today it still didn’t work :( I had to go to nearby cafes/places with free WiFi. Such an inconvenience but the staff and the hotel itself is good 」
