“So it was okay. The walls are thin so hopefully the people on your floor are quiet. The room itself was nice and clean, good room service. Breakfast was fine too. The guy at the front desk was uninterested in putting effort to accomodate me. Post surgery, I needed to order food and I had to plead in order for him to help me out by entering a local phone number code into the app. He ended up doing it, took him 2 seconds. But I didn't appreciate having to plead in the condition I was in. Otherwise……

“First of all, we had to contact the agent to get the check in information and procedures. Normally those should be given to us. On our arrival, we realised that there were dirty dishes. Plus there was no hand soap. For the price we paid, tbe internet wasnt good. We had difficulties connecting and accessing different websites. There was no toilet paper, when we arrived.”
