“Séjour catastrophique au Grand Hôtel Londra de Sanremo. Ce "grand" hôtel n'a de grand que la publicité mensongère qui l'accompagne : dans les faits, on découvre des lieux chaotiques, dignes d'une maison hantée plutôt que d'un établissement hôtelier en activité. L'accueil, assuré principalement par le personnel féminin à la réception, a été désagréable du début à la fin. Seule note positive : le personnel de salle, en particulier Anouar, qui a fait le maximum pour rendre notre séjour……

“1.Tv ohne internationale Kanäle. 2.Interne sehr schlecht. Könnte mein arbeit nicht weiter machen. Obwohl ich mehr als 3 male der personal gesagt aber keine Reaktion leider. 3. Waschmaschine gegen Gebühr. 4. Toilettenpapier Wenn ausgehet muss mann kaufen. 5 nicht alle Steckdosen in Zimmer sind passende für deutsche Stecker. Positiv ist dass die Zimmer gute Klimaanlage haben. Und gute grosse und mehrere Schwimmbäder”

“Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was clean although we did have ants in our room. The staff at the hotel was attentive to this issue and helped resolve it immediately. The rooms are very thoroughly cleaned. The pool area is nice. Close walk to all there is to offer in town!”
