"Air conditioner was broken. Beds need to upgraded for the price of the hotel."

"Staff was very kind and helpful but they didn’t have enough room keys. Our room wreaked of mold and there were bags of water hanging from the curtains and the carpet felt wet. We woke up with headaches and swollen joints. We spoke to other guests who woke up swollen as well. The staff did an amazing job for what they had to work with."

"The room and hotel were very clean, no smells or stand out gross items and the view of the city was nice. We most likely will not stay here again; however, because the air conditioning did not seem to be working (a common complaint after talking to other guests). Though there were 4 elevators on site, it seemed only 2 were working, causing a lot of wait time just to get to the lobby or our room."

"The hotel was amazing. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The food was amazing. The room was great. I got a room on the upper floor. I wish I could of gotten one overlooking the city instead of seeing a building but next time I'll make a note of it. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Hoping to come back for the December comic con.. thank you for everything!"

"The area this hotel is in is frightening, thugs in the parking lot, thugs flexing on you as you walk in. There is major road construction in the area, so the workers are staying in this place, be prepared for pickup trucks with no existent exhaust systems starting up at 5am. Any fast food establishments near by are shut down and abandoned. When to the gas station down the road for coffee, they were out, was met by more thugs and drugged up hookers there. Stay far away from this area.. Hell Hole!"

"We stayed for a concert at the stadium, location was convenient. However, our room had lots of previously damaged items and it wasn’t clean. The AC wasn’t cold, and the mini fridge didn’t work. We asked for a different room and they moved us no problem. Our main reason for booking was to spend some time at the pool, when we arrived it wasn’t in service, also no breakfast was served even though this was listed as an amenity on the site."
