Great location for a weekend getaway

I rented this place for my girlfriend's birthday and we were extremely pleased. It is very clean and modern with all the amenities you need for a short or long stay. The location is excellent and only a five minute drive from downtown. It is also a great spot of you're looking to hike. Buttermilk Falls and Robert Treman State park are a very short drive away. We would definitely rent again!

Overall, it was a lovely stay. The kitchen was excellent, as we were in town to see our son at Cornell and he wanted home cooking. The bed and the pillows need an upgrade. Tremendous sloping in the middle and when you move the bed shakes. Other than the bed issues, excellent stay.

This apartment is SO perfect! Spotless, spacious, beautifully decorated, and so many hospitable touches. It's located at the back of the house with a separate entrance. The owners are very responsive, friendly, and have great recommendations for places to visit in the area. Don't even hesitate booking this place... it's a gem!

Great Space, Very Clean. Owners Were Very Nice

Exactly as advertised. The space was perfect for a getaway. Lots of room and very clean. The kitchen was nicer than our kitchen at home. The parking and private entry were very well done. We met the owner and he was great. He gave us some good insight into the area with several recommendations for evening plans in Ithaca. Location was excellent as well. The neighborhood was really beautiful. A quick drive into the valley passes by Ithaca College and puts you right at the top of the commons and at the foot of Cornell's campus. We also headed over to Seneca to do some hiking and hit a few wineries and it was only about a 35 minute drive to Watkins Glen. Regarding amenity's, there were a few things we didn't see on the Homeaway page so we weren't sure going in, but everything is provided. The bed had clean linens already in place. Also, in addition to cable, the television in the living room is a smart TV that has Netflix and most of the other streaming apps. It happened to be Cornell's homecoming when we stayed, so the hotels in the area were $300/night. Compared to that, this place was an amazing deal! In all, we had an excellent experience! Thanks again!

The owners were friendly, hospitable, and super knowledgeable about the local places to go. The rooms were clean and everything we needed was well organized. It was a peaceful location and near to everything. It was exactly what we wanted. We would recommend staying here.
