Parking was very convenient and safe. Room was clean and spacious. Complimentary cookies and coffee and tea at the reception was a nice touch. The bartender Nicole was extremely nice and helpful, she set up the fireplace on the patio for us, to enjoy our drinks

We were not planning on staying "out of town" but this was the only place that had multiple nights in a row during a graduation weekend. It turned out to be very convenient to get to and from and around Ithaca area. The rooms are basic but reasonably up-to-date and clean, plenty of towels, etc.. We had the option of having our room serviced or not. There was always staff available any time of day, which was helpful. The parking lot was well-lighted and convenient. There were obviously many people staying there, but it never felt crowded or inconvenient. Recommend for price, location, and comfort.

The downtown location is much better for the money. Bed was average, outlets not working; had to ask for an extension chord to make it work. Cleanliness was subpar. Room was only attended to every other day, when trash can was full. Hotel was dated.

We were very comfortable. We didn’t have our room cleaned during our 3-night stay, but they replenished our towels without even asking. The in-room coffee was not great, but they offer Starbucks for purchase in the restaurant.

The only thing in the lobby was water. In the past there has been coffee or tea and even hot cider (packet). There was nno cocoa in the room (as in the past) and even though it was early May, the weather was chilly.
