Experience all Ithaca has to offer in our beautifully maintained house right off the river and enjoy the running/bike path!
Relax in the hot tub over looking these great views. Grill out and enjoy the fire-pit outside with friends and family.

Please note this home is a completely private home! We offer the house as a 4 bedroom, 3 bedroom, or 2 bedroom to accommodate all family sizes during certain seasons. When renting out the larger room options you will get access codes to easily enter the bedrooms.

We have free parking lots across the street from the house for our guest to park their vehicles during their stay.

Host interaction was great. Certain things could be improved like the bedding quality and amount and quality of towels. Also there was a strong smell of mold or must in the house. Overall the house was clean.

Track and Field trip to Ithaca

Excellent stay!

The Floral St home was perfect for our family trip to Ithaca! Excellent location to everything, the river, pathway, all-things Ithaca and Cornell! Loved the hottub and sunrise river view. The house had all the amenities we needed, was clean and comfortable. Nice large kitchen table and spaced living room. Excellent host communication and easy check in/out process! We hope to come back!

Sweet spot in Ithica

We had a wonderful stay here this winter! We were looking for a getaway for a visit among friends and this was a sweet, comfortable and ideally located spot to stay. The kitchen was well-equipped and the living room was cozy and well-appointed. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and we so enjoyed watching the birds migrating overhead. The location is an easy ride to downtown, wineries, and getaways to local trails and natural sites.

In Town for a Cornell Game

We had a number of family members coming to join us for Cornell football game so our typical hotel stay wouldn’t work this time. This property met our needs perfectly. The house was very clean and neat, and the hosts were friendly and accommodating. We highly recommend this property.

Great place for a family to stay in Ithaca

Great place to stay for a family with young children. Not downtown, but this is a good thing, as it is super close to where you want to be but without the hassle of parking or traffic. The house is clean and well stocked with what you need for an extended stay. The hot tub is just a nice bonus for when the kids go to sleep. We'll definitely be staying here again next time we're in town.
