Stavros was an exceptional, genuinely helpful host who went above and beyond at all times to ensure we had the best holiday. "Spacious and clean private space with excellent air conditioning. A nice outdoor area, with a beautiful resident white cat (please consider giving her some treats, she's so lovely!) Quiet and peaceful setting behind a bigger hotel. A very nice shower with waterfall and detachable heads. The only issue was the WiFi not reaching the property, but this probably helped me enjoy the local area more. We also really enjoyed having lunch and dinner at the hotel so if you’re a foodie this is the place to stay at. "Nice hotel , very clean , helpful staff , buffet breakfast ok . Enjoyed our stay . Our balcony door was very stiff and was difficult to open and close . I felt that the hotel could improve by updating their furniture in the reception area and that it would be nice to have complementary biscuit s if having tea or coffee in bar area near reception . Also I thought the outside area was very nice with breathtaking views . The location was good very close to the capital with only a 15 min drive . However I don’t know why it cost 8 euros to the capital and 29 euros to the airport which was closer . ."

Having travelled extensively throughout Greece over the years, I can honestly say that Porto Galini has surpassed every hotel we’ve stayed at. From the immaculate cleanliness and outstanding amenities to the exceptional quality of the food, every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations. A special thank you goes to the breakfast team—Dimitri, Vassili , Mario, and Zaharoula. The warmth, professionalism, and genuine care they showed us each morning made us feel truly valued. Their level of service is something we have rarely experienced, not only in Greece but anywhere in the world. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they have set a new benchmark for what outstanding hospitality should be. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, offering an incredible variety of fresh, high-quality food that catered to every taste. The pool was spotless and always inviting, while the beach was beautifully maintained each day, making it the perfect place to relax. Our room was kept impeccably clean throughout our stay. The housekeeping staff did a remarkable job every day, ensuring everything was fresh, tidy, and never overlooking even the smallest detail. Thank you to everyone at Porto Galini for making our holiday so memorable. We leave with wonderful memories and look forward to returning in the future."

"My daughters and I had an outstanding stay at Aenos Hotel and would 100% recommend it to anyone visiting Kefalonia. The hospitality was exceptional. The managers, front desk team, housekeeping staff, and breakfast staff were all incredibly warm, professional, and attentive. Everyone made us feel genuinely welcome, and their kindness and willingness to help made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is spotless, with clean, cool, modern, and very comfortable rooms. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, and the Wi-Fi was fast, reliable, and worked perfectly throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options each morning. There was something for everyone, and it was a wonderful way to start the day. The location is another major highlight. The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Argostoli’s main square, just steps away from numerous restaurants, cafés, shops, and the waterfront. Everything you need is within easy walking distance. The hotel also offers convenient laundry and ironing services, which are especially helpful for longer stays. What truly sets Aenos Hotel apart is its people. The outstanding customer service, genuine hospitality, and attention to detail made us feel at home throughout our visit. Our daughters and I had a wonderful experience, and we would not hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to Kefalonia. "Beautiful setting - The unit we stayed in, the buildings and grounds in general, and the views were all stunning! Horrible path to get to the location - The path up to the hotel is steep and narrow with sharp turns, and when we visited it wasn't a pleasant or pretty drive up. That said, it was worth the effort! Lovely staff - lovely in every way. Odd meal hours - Breakfast starts at 8, which seems late given the number of early-morning cruises and tours in the area. The schedule states the dining room is open until 10, but I was told the kitchen closes at 9:30 so they have time to clean and prepare for the next day. It might be best to simply say they close at 9:30 to avoid mis-communication. Superb food - Both breakfast and the dinner we had were superb. We would be thrilled to return to this property."
