“酒店負責人並不幫忙，不懂英語，連簡單請他代叫的士，他都沒有應承，問他有關穿梭巴士安排，他只給時間表，再多一句解說也沒有，酒店的房間是很細小，兩個人住面積大概是四張榻榻米的面積，浴室廁所是公用的，極為罕有的痞廁，廁所格細到連開門轉身都有困難，廁所的清潔亦欠佳，附近沒有食店，只能夠徒步10分鐘去便利店買杯麵。”

“The staff and management team is very hospitable and friendly. Particularly Staff Anna whose service is commendable. She went all the way out to help me. I was down with flu and she drove me to the clinic, helped me talk to the nurse in Japanese and ensured everything went well. After my medical consultation, she drove from hotel to the clinic to fetch me back. I really appreciate her helpfulness and hospitality ”

“セルフバーが楽しかった。利用者が少なくて貸し切りのように静かに飲めました。景色も良かった。温泉も広くてゆっくり入れました。朝のバイキングは酢飯やお刺身、ネギマグロなどがあり海鮮丼を自分流で作って朝からしっかりといただきました。”

“The hotel room is very nice and clean. Also very convenient for skier as there is separate ski locker and dryer room entrance after you back from the ski resort. The dinner and breakfast is impressive and delicious! Last but not least, there is onsen in the hotel which refresh us for the next day’s snowboarding.”
