Wir kamen schon das dritte Mal nach 2015 und 2020 zum Gatshaus Rössl und bewohnten jeweils das Haus Kobi. Die Herzlichkeit der Wirtin und das aufmerksame Personal sowie die hervorragende Küche begeisten uns regelmäßig und geben einem das Gefühl, zuhause angekommen zu sein.

Erholungsurlaub

Unser Urlaub war sehr entspannt. Garten für unseren Hund nicht geeignet, da nicht umzäunt hätte aber genutzt werden dürfen. Gasthaus gegenüber sehr lecker, moderate Preise! Leider kein Brötchenservice.

Nette Unterbringung am Bachlauf

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung Uns hat der bachlauf direkt am Haus gestört. Leider sind einige Kleinunternehmen in unmittelbarer Nähe was die Urlaubsruhe reduziert hat. Die Vermieterin war wenig kommunikativ. Trotzdem bedingt empfehlenswert

Toller Aufenthalt

Sehr angenehmer und toller Aufenthalt im Mühlental in Itter. Wirklich herzliche und sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, die übrigens auch ein prima Restaurant führt, wo man sehr lecker Essen gehen kann. Ferienwohnung wie beschrieben, groß für 4 Personen, sauber und gut ausgestattet für einen sorgenfreien Urlaub. Eine klare Empfehlung!

Angenehmer Urlaub im Ferienhaus in Itter

Austattung Zustand und Größe des Ferienhauses empfanden wir als sehr gut. Inneneinrichtung sehr zweckmäßig.Das Haus befindet sich gegenüber des Vermieters (Gasthaus Rössl) Dazwischen liegt eine wenig befahrene Dorfstrasse + Radfernwanderweg und der Parkplatz des Gasthauses. Dort kann man übrigens sehr gut essen. Vermieter sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Ort Itter liegt übrigens auf der anderen Strassenseite ca 1 km entfernt und 100m höher. Das Ferienhaus ist für Radfahrer und Leute mit PKW ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausfluge in der näheren und weiteren Umgebung.Parkplatz vorm Haus immer genug. Für Leute die nur in unmittelbarer Ferienhausnähe bleiben wollen, nicht so ideal da man kaum Aussicht hat und sehr tief im Tal ist. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe sind da.(Dorfladen Itter/Tankstelle an derB178ca 500m für Brötchen) Lidl in Wörgl ca 8 km Uns hat es bei sehr schönem Wetter gut gefallen und wir würden noch mal wiederkommen.
